usually when I purchase this item online I find some insect, bu this item didn't have any insect, clean and they packaged in professional way.

seeds sprouted and grew to 5 inches in 8 days. used standard potting soil. buy large starter trays and you'll have continuous fresh greens during shortages. make sure you investigate growing and harvesting wheat for optimal results. no fertilizer needed.

Great for cooking
I bought it to make a traditional Russian/Ukrainian kutya. I soaked it for a night and then boiled it for 2,5 hours, it was very clean and tasted grate with all additions.
