Q: Can I use this Insect Frass in a pot with a cannabis seedling in it?

To answer your question yes you can have this in your soil mixture just don't over do it as with any nutrients. I personally have a mixture of Fox Farm Ocean Forest Soil, insect frass, bat guano, biochair soil conditioner, perlite and worm castings. I use that soil mixture from seed to harvest! Our general recommendation for starting seeds is to utilize a mix with no fertilizer. Dicot seeds should have enough energy to get the seedling to its first true leaf stage. Thereafter, dilute liquid fertilization such as DTE Liquid Fish & Kelp 2-4-1 at half concentration would be the best option. For the transplant of seedlings, DTE Insect Frass 3-1-1 would be a great option.

Q: How often does this need to be applied, and is it for veg and flower?

To answer your questions I'll just let you know how I use it with my medical cannabis I mix a batch of super soil every spring and I use this in my mixture from the whole growing season (veg&bloom)
