A big time saver
I used it to replace the fuel drain valve of a Ford 7.3 60 seconds off 60 seconds on it paid for its self the first use. When it came to the final tightening of the screws it had a nice feel to it a feel I liked. Like a Grearwrench this is a complimentary tool a BIG time save so don't abuse it!

This worked great!
Had to repair the fuel drain valve on a 99.5 Powerstroke. This is a BEAR to get at because of the super tight space and nest of glow plug wiring (in my particular model vehicle). Some model years use a glow plug module which makes for a substantially cleaner access, but that was not to be in my case. Was able to clear some of the wiring out of the way and get this tool in there with T20 Torx bit. Once the driving could be started, it was just minutes before all 4 screw were out. Same with reinstall of the repaired valve. Took much longer to get the valve into position and secure it with a few turns of one screw. Once that far, this tool made the rest a cakewalk. Really impressive tool.OK, it’s plastic. For the lighter jobs, it’s just fine. Didn't stress it on torque, either. If you want really rugged, open your wallet for $120 for the metal one. Either way, the first time you use it, it will probably pay for itself. In my case, Ford charges $360 for the repair I did for $40, $30 of which was this tool.

Flimsy/ Not high quality
I’m not a professional mechanic but I wanted this to do a part replacement on my vehicle. I didn’t want to spend the money on higher quality product that does the same thing. It did work but feels like it would break after a few times using it or if you put too much torque on it. If you only need it for light use it will be ok. But not if you’re a professional or use it regularly. Made in china :(

Tight reach
I have a 2001 F250 and this thing made easy work out of changing the fuel bowl drain. Highly recommend this for tight spots.

One-off tool that'll save you time
This is a must-have tool for those hard to reach places, such as that stupid 10mm bolt hidden behind that valve cover just under the cowl before touching the firewall without any room to stick a socket wrench or anything with leverage to take it off. Well this is the perfect tool for just that. I haven’t really tried torquing anything over 15 ft/lbs of torque, but it seems to be well made even though it’s plastic. Get one for those hard to reach places and to get those bolts off/on as you please.

WASTE OF MONEY
So, I get you're not suposed to use an impact on these things, but I guess you're not supposed to put any more than 50 ftlbs on them either... what the heck is the point of this if I can't be guaranteed it can get in the places I need it too. The body of this thing is all plastic and the chain is extreamly thin. I'm not surprised it broke. Just get a tool truck one if you need it. Don't waste your money doing business with Tite-Reach.
