I had to order a replacement. The first ball, did not have writing on it and I did not know if it was authentic, it looked used. The foot pump looked worn, there were not two plug pins and no plug pull clip. I wrote the seller who advised me they send the proper pieces to Amazon & I should have received them. Amazon did an order replacement. The second ball is correct with writing "arteesol" on it and seems GOOD & STURDY. There are still not two plug pins, there is one nozzle on the hose which looks old (but works for now) and NO PLUG PULL CLIP. I wrote again (May 11th) to the seller & understood someone was sending me the parts I was missing, & possibly a better hose. I did not receive anything. I don't want to start all over with returning the second order and taking my chances on what will be in the box. The ball is good, & the pump functional, but no additional plug (not sure if they mean two nozzles on the hose pump, as there is one) and still no Plug Pull Clip. There should be either a reduction in price or an opportunity to replace only what is missing or not working. I don't want to be wasteful & send this back again not knowing what I may receive. The ball is good. I have one plug and I'll have to see how long the foot pump hose holds up.

Purchased this after realizing my regular size exercise ball was too small to use as a birth ball. For a birth ball your hips should be higher than your knees when you sit on it to avoid putting the baby in a less than optimal position for birth. I ordered the 85cm ball, the picture is the size comparison to my normal sized exercise ball that I bought from Ross years ago. The quality is nice and the color is so pretty.

The plug to hold the air in is incredibly loose and takes days to tighten up. Enough said.Overall, construction seems okay but you have to refill the air every 2 to 3 days regardless of use. The plastic piece that's supposed to hold the air in basically just falls out after pumping it up. You need to give a really firm push and have the plug on the floor for a few days for it to "stick." Even then, if you hit it with your finger there's a chance you'll knock it back out and then have air blasting out. Not sure it's worth the cost.After sitting for three days, the plug tightened up so that it's now usable. However, it's lost enough air that it needs to be inflated again, starting the process over. Considering we're not overinflating it, this shouldn't be like this.

Several yoga balls that I bought from a while ago all broke due to my weight pushing down, but this didn't have a problen with it at all. In fact, this ball is very elastic and bouncy as well, which you can do all kinds of workout with it

This ball is great. Easy to inflate and great for its use. The only BAD thing about it is, you cannot leave it where it will draw paint. This ball will leak chemicals into workout benches making them glossy and it will never come off, if you leave it against the wall, it will take paint off the wall, and when you pull it off, it will sound like you sre ripping tape off the wall. Don’t leave it on top of anything. Just leave it on the floor.

I was so excited to get this ball and so disappointed once I started blowing it up (with the cheap pump that does the job, but whistles loudly with every pump). I am 8 months pregnant and wanted to use this at my office as a chair (and to help with baby-flipping), but it's more than half the size I expected. I chose the size recommended based on my height, but it's kid-sized. So now I've gotta return it and wait for another one. :/ I gave the product 3 stars because there doesn't appear to be anything wrong with the ball itself, just the pump is a bit flimsy.

Ordered medium pink ball & ball came with a kit & ball pump that had everything you needed to inflate the ball.Very durable & great material & the ball was odor-free when opened the boxI would definitely recommend buying this ball & you won't be disappointed

used this at the gym and now have it at home - i do all my abd work on this ball ! had back surgery years ago and this was part of my physical rehab and this ball helps keep my back strong and stable!

Very impressed with this item. My daughter is 5'3, so I ordered the 55cm ball (perfect size) in frosted pink (looks lovely). It came with two spare plugs and a pump (although I used my own pump for ease) and it easily inflated to just below actual size. After reading previous reviews, I knew to wait a while before pumping again, in order to allow the rubber to naturally give a little (about 2 hours of my daughter rolling around on it achieved this very well). The ball then easily pumped up to it's full size without creating too much pressure. We've only had it a day, but it's definitely been given a thorough workout, as we've tried all the exercises that came on the information sheet included (as well as plenty that my daughter invented!) and there's been no sign of any air loss. It's also the perfect size for my daughter to sit at her desk with. Great value for a quality product. Would definitely buy again!

I bought this to alleviate discomfort I felt sitting on regular chairs. It's nice and big so keeps my hips above my knees (kinda essential) and nice and relaxing to gently bounce on whilst eating dinner at the table or whatever.The only downside is that it does deflate a bit when my husband sits on it (although he's a lot heavier than me, even at full term).

I ordered it as 85 cm and took it with me to another country to exercise during my pregnancy, however after I opened it I discovered it was 65 cm and not 85 as I paid for... Still using it but highly disappointed that I should have checked it after the seller. Could not expect this...

I ordered the ball to use at my desk, so I could sit on this for a bit, instead of my office swivel chair. The ball itself works well, and feels good quality. It also feels more gentle on my hip joints than a swivel chair. The pump supplied is really cheap, and mine stopped working after I pumped the ball up the first time. My bike pump doesn’t fit to inflate the ball, so I’m now left will a ball which needs more air, and I have nothing to inflate it with.

I love this exercise ball so much! I was suffering from hip pains because of my pregnancy but, with this gym ball I feel so much comfort that it helps me to relax more and starch a little bit without being a risk.
