LOVE LOVE LOVE! This is a great notebook, it has all the benchmark WODs with plenty of space to note PR's on times and weights. It has an area to keep track of lifts as well, and different distances to keep track of run/row times. I also find it super helpful because it has a graph of lifts/percentages but ALSO an area of lifts/weights by skill level to help you kind of gauge where you're at developmentally...a very useful tool for helping athletes better themselves, I think at least 3 of my athletes bought one after looking through mine

Simple, yet complete for tracking Crossfit
Great journal for a crossfitter. Small enough to fit in any gym bag. Sturdy front cover. Daily WOD boxes big enough to add some details. Plenty of benchmark, hero, girl, workouts already entered. Pen works great too!

Good book
I like the way they separate the book. My only negative point is the square to write the training is really small. When a training contain many steps, this little square can't do a proper job. Otherwise it is the only cons i got so far. Worth it.

Great WOD Tracker
I recently left my old gym when moving and lost all of my scores. This is a great way to keep your scores on had. Having the hero WODs are just a bonus feature!

Definitely for Crossfitters
Hello CF family. If you are in the market for a C.F. Journal, well this is it. It's a durable product for it's money and value. I've had mine for a year in my gym bag, pull it out when I need to note something. It's holding up well, you know how notebooks come apart with time, well this hasn't. I like the percentage calculator it has in the back pages.

Ultimate WOD book
Excellent book. Layout is perfect, plenty of pages for daily wods. The benchmark section and pr section are great too - easy to see progression. Will be buying again.

This is pretty barebones, but it does the job
Previous reviews noted that descriptions of the named workouts aren’t included so I bought it knowing that but still wished they were listed out. This is pretty barebones, but it does the job. I find the cheesy motivational quotes (riddled with grammatical errors) at the bottom of the daily wod pages kind of weird and distracting.

Two Thumbs Up!
I think it's great. Exactly what I need to track my progress. Great quality and durability, right down to the pen. The weight standards in the back really help me have some kind of reference for where I should begin a workout to find my 1 Rep max. I throw it on the dash of my truck and never forget to take it in with me. It's created a WOD halo in the sense that I look forward to capturing them. So far, I have not missed a single day since I started recording them in this journal.
