EXCELLENT
I knew for a long time that I am Kapha, I tried to follow the diet and tips to Kapha from another author, but it was very difficult to do it. My daughter found a Vata type from this author and I bought my Kapha. I loved it. Very involved writing, easy to add the tips on everyday life. I feel good, energetic, and losing weight. I do healthy eating for a long time, and for example, everybody knows that zucchini is healthy, not for Kaphas, so I figured out why I wasn't losing weight. That's crazy! Thanks, Rohit, keep going, you are helping people. I got 2 free books from you after reading them I'll get more. Thank you very much. Good luck, you deserve it!

Really good reference.
Easy to understand and a great reference. I like the clear descriptions, especially of yoga poses and recipes.

Good info generally
Good information but a bit redundant in places. Learned most everything I was interested in researching. Would recommend for kaphas

Focused overview for Kaphas
As someone struggling with kapha imbalances, I eagerly read this in 2 sittings. While there is a bit of redundancy, you will definitely come away with a clarity around foods and practices to find balance (and let's face it - weight loss, if you're a kapha.) One thing I would like more of is recipes and even daily meal plans, because the 'don't eat' list is quite long - including many favorite foods (nuts, avocados, sweet potatoes, mangos! Even seemingly innocuous veggies like cucumbers!)... So maybe a kapha cookbook next?
