I just recently purchased the Valencia Piacenza Home Theater Seating row of 4 leather recliners and I am quite honestly impressed with the quality alone. On top of that, the setup was easy and took no time to figure out. Once it was all set up, it made the perfect centerpiece for my den and is exactly what I had in mind as to creating my own at-home theater. The comfort level and the leather material is top notch and is easy to clean up especially with kids who may drop a couple of snacks here and there. When reclining the chair, it is so smooth, quiet and it works with ease. Both the headrest and footrest are really sturdy. Additionally, the headrest is very adjustable in terms of how much you want to tilt or elevate it separate from the recliner. Overall, I totally recommend this brand if you are looking for a comfy, stylish and durable recliner!

I purchased a Row of 3 Loveseat Right - Piacenza from Valencia Home Theater Seating through Amazon. I normally try to purchase products "ships and sold from" Amazon as much as possible, due to reliable Prime delivery. This order ships and sold from Valencia directly; however, it turned out to be the most joyful purchase experience after the year 2000. The order was placed on Thursday, Aug. 8th, close to midnight. A call was made by a sales representative the next early morning, to confirm contact information, verify exact product, then release it to carrier. Over the weekend, a call from the carrier was initiated to schedule for delivery on Tuesday, Aug 13th. In the meantime, friendly rep responded to inquiries with detailed communication via texts. Yes, 3 boxes arrived in my garage in 5 days (3 business days). A follow-up call came 3 days after delivery to make sure everything is alright. Assembling the seat is easier than getting it out of the box. A QR code launched short video shows you how it's done. After connecting all 3 pieces, the seat looks very modern, sturdy, and comfortable. We have watched about 10 movies on it so far, it's design, quality, and value definitely meet our expectations. Combined with excellent customer services, I would certainly like to make future purchases from Valencia as long as products fit our needs.

These chairs are great. The leather fells really high quality and they are very plush and comfortable. I'm 230lbs and I have tons of room and the power recline is fast and smooth. As soon as I placed the order I got a call from Peter who works for the company and he walked me through the delivery process. He even gave me his cell phone # in case I had any questions along the way. The chairs took about 1 month to arrive at my house from the time I ordered them. They arrived in two large boxes that weighed about 100lbs each. I was able to get them both up my driveway and through the front door by myself by just flipping them end over end, so if you're home alone when they arrive it's not too bad to deal with them. I had both chairs unpacked and set up in less than 30 minutes. I would highly recommend this company. I had literally no issues with delivery or setup and am very happy with this purchase.

Great experience. While the price seems high, it is not bad at all once compared to similar standard quality furniture. Furniture arrived earlier than expected, shipping company was courteous and helpful. My wife and I were able to assemble the furniture in less than 20 minutes (we purchased the loveseat theater seating). They are comfortable and well made. They are indeed pretty pet safe, our dogs have already climbed and drooled all over them, with cleanup a breeze. Arm storage is very convenient. We have had the furniture for several weeks now and are very happy with our decision to go with Valencia.

The Valencia Piacenza Home Theater Seating is a beautiful addition to our living room. The chairs arrived via UPS Freight a couple of weeks early which was great. The staff at Valencia were polite and helpful every step of the way. We are very pleased with this purchase and would highly recommend Valencia. My only wish is that there was a separate control for the LED lighting so that you could have the option to leave the cup holders on while the floor lights are off. The seating is very comfortable and we especially love the motorized headrests. If you are looking for quality seating and great customer service then Valencia is the way to go.

I waited a number of months before reviewing these chairs. So far we have loved them and they have worked perfectly in our home theater. They are built well and feel very solid, I have no doubt they will last years to come. The leather feels quality and the features are great. We like the reclining headrests and deep storage compartments. The accent lighting is a nice touch but we often leave it off as it’s pretty bright and distracting when watching movies in a dark room. Happy with the purchase.

I have been an Amazon customer since 1999 and this is the first time I have bothered to write a review. I have had the Valencia home theater chairs on my wishlist for more than a year and now that I have them, I could not be more satisfied. They are comfortable, easy to assemble, and the service from the vendor could not have been better. My only regret is that I didn't purchase them sooner.

I ordered these seats and the very next day a rep texted and asked for my contact information and the same day called to tell me more about my purchase and to see if I had any questions. He answered all of my questions and gave me a delivery date of about 2 weeks. To my surprise they arrived in less than a week. Once unpacking the seats, I was very impressed with the quality of them. Assembly was very simple that a caveman could it. Overall, I am satisfied and would purchase them again.

Valencia Piacenza Own the two seater for a few months now and are very happy with it, I am 195cm tall and the seats are very comfortable, really like the adjustable head rest. quality of the materials is high, beautiful leather, pricing is very reasonable, compared to other leather furniture. delivery was on time, but not to my back door. These chairs are exquisite and so comfortable. The electric recliner function is superb. Very heavy though, so be warned when moving. But for me this is a sign of their quality and the materials used. BE AWARE: the delivery process requires you to be contacted by phone to confirm delivery (the delivery does not happen until you respond!). So make sure you have an up to date number on your Amazon account. I was not aware of this but when I contacted Valencia they resolved the issue swiftly and rearranged delivery. The customer service I experienced was superb. I highly recommend these chairs if they are within your budget.

Bought this two months ago, we were moving so they stayed in the boxes for a while. We set them up a month ago and we figured we'd use them for a while before writing a review. To our delight the home theatre seats are exactly as described! The leather is super soft, and comfortable in literally any position. The power recline and power headrest work great and are so quiet you don't have to pause what you're watching to adjust your seat. The LED lights really make the seats pop (see pictures). The cup holders are large and the LED lights on them help you easily find your drink in the dark. Each armrest has it's own storage, great for remotes, phones, etc. Each armrest also has a USB port, very convenient. The only negative thing I can say is they are heavy, 53 kg (117 lbs) was the weight of each box. It was quite the workout carrying them up to the second floor of our home. If you order them make sure you have help carrying them! On a positive note, they arrived a little over a week after we ordered them, and the delivery driver unloaded them right into our garage, which was very helpful. The setup was easy, each chair was in two parts, and they "clicked" together on the first try. Then we simply "clicked" the three seats together and voilà! As you can see from the pictures we ordered the row of three with the love seat. This setup is great for cuddling, and much to our surprise, even if one is reclined and the other is not! Finally, the customer service was incredible. Peter called to confirm the order and the delivery details, something you just don't get with online ordering. Five Stars +!
