Great option. I’m immunocompromised, so take elderberry on a regular basis. I’ve always been happy with this brand, so thought I would try this. So far so good. It’s a great option to drinking syrup daily.

I'll have to report back as I've just started using them, but so far, so good - and came highly recommended to me by a brilliant practitioner of eastern & western medicine and wellness.
