Has helped my IBS but not long Covid
I’ve been taking these for a week and have noticed an improvement in my IBS (I can tolerate higher quantities of eg gluten compared to before), and my sleep quality is better.I am suffering from Long Covid symptoms and ordered these after reading about the LC study they were used in. I can’t say I’ve noticed an improvement in my energy levels or activity tolerance before the pain sets in; but it might be a bit early for that!These are super easy to take and I like how compact the packaging is.
