You would think all pasta is basically the same, but this pasta is definitely different and better than any store bought I have had.

Spaghetti alla chitarra known l is a variety of egg pasta typical of the Abruzzo region of Italy, with a square cross section about 2–3 mm thick. This is a very hard to find high quality product. It was shipped in a durable box and arrived in absolutely perfect condition. Highly recommend and will purchase again.

This imported spaghetti was very good - but not better than premium imported brands from the local grocery store. I will stay with supermarket fresh pasta in the future.
