I liked there was more coverage. 3 hooks were very supportive. Molded cups, so padding is sewn in but it has pockets too. It's comfortable but I probably could have sized up on the band and maybe down a cup or two. I'll see how it goes.

I am very happy with this purchase, it makes all the difference to my posture, looks natural, and is as comfortable as a normal bra.

I just received this item and I have already returned it. The cup size apparently runs excessively large. I ordered a B cup and it was more like D cup.The quality seemed nice but as stated as soon as I received it I had to return it.

I love this bra. I use a silicone breast on my left side after having breast cancer. I kept buying bra after bra looking for comfort and support. This bra works. The pocket is large enough to keep everything in place with no pinching, no riding up, and does not allow the silicone breast to shift at all! Highly recommend.

I am a transgender woman who needs bras where I can add extra padding. This bra is well made, fits great, and is super comfortable. It's hard to find super sexy bras with removable padding or with pockets for adding padding. While this isn't the sexiest, it's at least more like a t-shirt bra than other mastectomy bras out there, so the neckline is great. What I didn't absolutely love was the rounded bottom hem of the cups, I prefer it to go straight across, don't know why, but that's the look I prefer. If it had been cut like that then it would have been 5 stars because it really is a great bra. It's absolutely a great option for trans women who need to add padding in their bras and want something that they feel beautiful in.

fits different from other 42aa bras. wants to cup my (lack of) breasts more so it digs into me in a strange spot. not as comfertable as other bras but is still nice.

Is ideal to use with prosthesis, but in general is not comfortable, straps are short.. good to wear at least after a month of suegery..

If you’re like me and deal with any kind of chronic pain that affects your rib cage and/or special sizes , this is perfect! I’ve tried SO many types of bras, sport bras, etc. But, THANK GOD I found this one!Only one criticism-I wish the straps “felt” stronger. They do the job, but feel a bit thin.

It is true the band is smaller than expected but I usually wear a 38B and it was okay (but at the last loops). Very nice fabric and fit, works well with the gel form. I have 3 of these now.

I am a 38B. In no way was this a 38, I could barely get the bottom strap around my ribs! Returned mine.
