It is very sturdy, found slightly difficult it keeping the duster portion to more across a ceiling that is speckled otherwise I like the length of pole and should never break on me using for overhead type of dusting and cleaning. I do hope the duster part holds up in the wash for reuse after washing.

I like this product but it is bit heavy to use for tall things over the head. The head like to unscrew itself while washing which becomes a hassle.
