galactic conspiracies, book 3
This book featured Besh and Pari. The best friend and uncle, from book ones main characters .The story ended the ark that was featured over all three books about human DNA and interspecies engineering, which is illegal iin all the galaxies.Bash and Perry are the victims of a horrible invasion of their personal selves. The illegally engineered embryo/baby that has been the focus of all the books is from Bash and Perry. Finding out this news is a shock and it is especially heart wrenching when their incubated baby is kidnapped and stolen away. Of course they get their baby back and they get a happy ending. So I like this final book in this trilogy I wish so badly that there were more in this world. I love the world building. I love the Degan species and I loved the battle scenes believe it or not they were a lot of fun. While I generally really really dislike age gap stories, fortunately this one didn’t focus too much on that and I was able to ignore it . It is easier when it’s alien romance..So I super enjoy this entire trilogy. And yes, once again, I wish there were more books in this universe. And there are some words misspelled in this review, but I don’t care right now I’m very tired. Maybe hopefully I will come back later and edit for correct spellings .

Love this series....MORE please!
Originally reviewed for Love Bytes Same Sex Book Reviews. Those of you who followed my last couple Flashback Friday reviews of the Galactic Conspiracies Series by Rob Colton will know how much I really, really like this author and his feel good, happy ending books! I’m happy to say that this brand new installment is as good, if not better than the first two!In The Degan Paradox the focus shifts to Perin McSmith, the orphanage brother of Devin. Perin is finally back with his own story. When book two ended the Cassini was on its way back to Dega carrying an important find from their last mission. When it is discovered that the find, a Human/Degan embryo matches Perin’s DNA to 99.999% accuracy, he is informed of it and to say he is shocked would be a huge understatement. How can it be his DNA mixed with a nameless Degan’s DNA? He has never had sex with a Degan! He is pretty sure he’d remember if he had! Particularly because of the huge size of Degan dicks!Peri is at first hesitant to tell Devin and the rest of the Drago family about the embryo which is now at the Degan Science Institute under the care of an Exobiologist. Beshel Drago, Bastian’s uncle, finds out he is the Sire of the child, but he also has no idea how it could have happened. Does it have anything to do with the strange dreams he has been having of Peri? When the Degan Science Institute is attacked by rogue humans who steal the embryo, the battle lines are drawn. Will Dega go into all-out war against the Union? Will Peri, Beshel and some friends from the previous books be able to rescue the baby?I really enjoyed this book. I love how Rob Colton has built a universe that is very believable with very believable characters and story lines. I highly recommend this book and the rest of the series to anyone who is into a feel good science-fiction story. As I’ve mentioned previously, Rob Colton believes in a happy ending, so you’re always assured a fun read without a lot of angst and drama, but still with lots of action and some great big hairy man on man sex! I hope you enjoy this series as much as I do! Now I’m waiting for the story of Martan and Kenji. Is Kenji knocked up? Inquiring minds want to know. Sooner rather than later, PLEASE!

The Degan Paradox
*cries*This series is giving me life. Rob Colton just pressing upon my feels with his words. So, this pretty much takes place after the second book. Not much time has passed . I'd say only a couple months in between.(If you haven't read the previous two books in the series, I urge you to before purchasing this one, as I don't consider this a stand alone. Many of the plot lines were established in the other two books and characters are re-introduced from those stories into this one)This installment features Bastian's gruff uncle (his father's , Deshel's little brother) Beshel. (I really love these names) and Devin's best friend almost like a brother Peri. Beshel is Degan and Peri is human. In the first book we get a sense of sexual tension between the pair. Beshel though is kind of an a hole. However, Peri is starting to experience dreams of the carnal kind featuring a certain Degan. He also discovers that the embryo that was found in book two plays an important role in his life . Yet the mystery is how ? And who is the Degan sire? (Obviously , we know but it's cool to see how it was discovered within the story. )Beshel isn't a fan of the whole fated bondmate thing. Thinking that it's not real. But something about Peri makes him start to question how he sees the world. We also get a more in depth look into the twisted scientists who are conducting sick experiments on Degan and Human reproductive processes. (I really hated those scientists.)I also love the name Harikan. Wondering on how to pronounce it though.I also cannot wait for Martan and Kenji's book. I really can't. I'm not giving up hope that it'll show up on amazon tomorrow. I know it's way too soon though. A girl can dream.I really love this series. I've read all Rob Colton's book on here and I am pretty confident in saying that I'm a fan.If you like Mpreg stories , you will absolutely love this. If you don't , you will absolutely love this. Or you should because if you don't we could never be friends.

Can't say no to more Galactic Conspiracies, although...
Although I am a fan of sequels, I am not a huge fan of side characters. Sure, their story is interesting and fun but I always find myself pining after the original pairing. I think this is because at the time the original story was fresh and something different, where by the time the side stories are released we've already read the plot themes and events. It also feels forced like it was only done to fill lines on a page. Some moment were interesting but as a whole it was a little flat. Not a lot of personally and more just a time line of events about what was happening and when.Anyway. I enjoyed it for reasons other than the story:1) it's from Rob Colton, who I love.2) it was an another story from the Galactic Conspiracies (instead purchase)3) it had aliens, mpreg and knotting.

I enjoyed this.
Nice continuation of series though I feel it's not the end. There's a set up there for Martan and his story. A fairly tidy ending though the anti human and the anti treaty humans was not fully resolved. Ahh well at least war was averted. I liked this tale but enjoyed the Cassini mission one and its arbitrary killing of characters more.

great series
Third in the series and all worth a read. I loved book one ( I agree with another reviewer the front cover does not inspire confidence but it's worth ignoring that here). I left book two for a while as it didnt seem to be linked but it is and the link between book one and two is all clear by book three. I was happy to read Peri's story and like always the characters are great and the plot keeps you gripped - aliens, evil scientists stealing alien dna, love of course and expect to read this one sitting
