The top edge of baking area of the pan is 10 x 15. The outside dimension is 10-1/2 x 15-1/2.

Q: can you use alummfoil on this pan?

yes and I do on occasion. I usually use a baking sheet though because they are neater.

I am not a chemist so I have no idea, but it is the very best baking sheet I have ever owned.

Q: HOW can you make brownies(pictured), bar cookies or jelly roll in a pan with no sides????????

Definitely not intended for brownies or bar cookies. Need a jelly roll pan or brownie pan for that
