Llegó incompleto
El producto muy bien, pero no llegaron las lombrices para comenzar el proyecto. Tuve que adquirirlas por mi cuenta.

Really great system, highly recommend
This is the perfect set up if you are tight on space and want something visually appealing. Instructions cover everything you need to know and there are a ton of Youtube videos on this specific unit. I have read some complaints on these Amazon reviews, but it's obvious most did not research or read the instructions when setting it up. Make sure you add a layer of newspaper on the very bottom to help prevent your red wrigglers from getting into the lowest part of the worm box. Also, don't wait too long before starting another layer. About 3 months should do it. I think I waited too long and now I need to distribute some of the lower castings to a higher tier as it's a bit heavy. If your bin smells, ADD SHREDDED NEWSPAPER. the smell will come from what you are feeding your worms and if that food is exposed. It will not smell if the food is burred under shredded newspaper. Happy farming!

Still using it 5 years later
I bought this and have been using it for about 5 or 6 years. The worms are still doing well! In that time one of my trays have cracked on a corner but other than that general wear and tear of continuous use its great. I use it in my small house in and there is no smell. It's well designed, easy to use, and makes harvesting castings easy.

Love It!
I have interacted with other worm bins and was not completely sold on the idea of worm composting. I decided to buy this system to help my indoor garden. It came with everything to set up except worms (which I found locally). The company website is very helpful. I have had it set up and working for three weeks now and it is fantastic. The worms are very happy and it is very easy to maintain.

WONDERFUL (but careful with temperature!)
I totally LOVE it! I love the fact that the Worm Factory 360 is so well designed. I did not thing it would work so well and that the earthworms would "migrate" to the top floors as it is indicated. But they are doing that and they are eating a lot. The soil they had created is wonderful. Also, it is fascinating see how they work. Since I got it I have learned more about earthworms and I appreciate their role in our lives even more. The Worm Factory 360 is good for small spaces. It is pretty clean and so far does not produce smells. It is very easy to use and the DVD with the explanations was very useful. There is one thing that the DVD indicates, which may be incorrect. They recommend adding paper, newspaper. However, I read that paper with ink is not good for the earthworms, since it could be toxic. Thus, I give them the paper-towels that I use to dry my hands, etc. (with no toxic/chemicals) or cardboard with no ink. I shred it to facilitate the earthworms' work :) I love it.UPDATE: I hope this helps others.I learned the hard way that earthworms are extremely sensitive to temperature. They are in Houston, Texas, which is HOT, really, really HOT (nothing like OR summer at all).I placed the worm-factory under some trees. However, the earthworms were behaving weird. Instead of going "up" where the new food was, they went down to the pit! I would find many of them in the pit every night (many like 200 earthworms!) I would put them back to the area with food and the same thing the following night. Luckily I don't think I lost any!Until the "light" went on and I realized that it was the Houston heat. So I brought the worm-factory inside the house (with AC), which made them go back to their normal situation: eating, reproducing, creating wonderful soil!I learned how sensitive to heat they are (which the video explains and the worm-factory comes with a thermometer, which I thought was too much! I was wrong) but at the same time they are very resilient. Wonderful creatures.
