This set is beautiful & well made! I’m so happy I decided to purchase them. The knife cuts through a three-layer cake perfectly.

This Cake Server and Knife Set is simply spectacular! They are made "very sturdy" and the stainless steel construction is both heavy and brilliant (shiny). I love the fact that the Cake Server (which can also be used as a pie server too) does not have a serrated edge. Therefore, if you are using it to slice a piece of pie out of a pie pan, it will not scratch up the surface of your pie pan. I highly recommend this set for anyone to purchase. They are simply beautiful and would be a perfect idea for a gift.

When comparing to other cheaper items from letter-salad sellers, this simple cake set is nice, sturdy, weighty, doesn't easily rust or mar, and has lasted us the year or so since we've bought it with no complaints.
