Magician Costume for Kids - Magician Cape, Hat and Wand Set - Magic Dress Up Costume for Boys and Girls

This arrived SUPER quick, and being that it is the week before Halloween, it couldn't have been better timing! I bought it for my 8 year old, while sitting in the fabric store's parking lot. We were ready to head in and buy fabric to make our Halloween costume, when I had the brainstorm to check Amazon first . . . and I'm glad I did! For the price, this is such a steal! It's really nice quality, super cute, and my girls love it! The cape and hat are a velour type material which feels really nice. The cape is 2 layers - the black side and the red inner panel, so it's thick and durable. It has a lovely gold accent along the edge which makes it look rich and finished - much better than anything I would have dreamed up at the fabric store. The hat is big and dramatic. Reminds me of the hat in Alice in Wonderland. The vest is thin, but accents the whole costume well. The magic wand feels like it's just a cardboard tube. So if anything goes first, it will probably be the wand getting split in half at some point. My girls have been wearing black pants and a white shirt underneath and it looks great. For sizing, the set fits my 8 year old who is about 4'7", and it also fits my 4 year old who is about 3'8". Overall, couldn't be happier with this purchase!

Our 5-year-old nephew has been enjoying magic tricks with his Dad to the extent that he's now "performing" some of his own on video. That in mind, I took the opportunity of giving this item as a recent birthday gift. After all, what self-respecting 5-year-old magician's repertoire is complete without the classic magician's cape/vest, hat and baton? I don't know who loved the gift more, him or all the adults in the room who were instantly charmed by his new magic duds. Not only is the attire 'precious' on younger kids, it really does "look the part," and I was pleased that the fabric and overall construction were substantial enough to justify the [moreover reasonable] price. I have no regrets re: this purchase, nor should you.

I bought two of these sets for two of my grandsons. I bought the medium because they were 9 & 10 years old and they were perfect fits. Loved the capes and vests! Based on the picture of the hat, I thought we would probably not care for it - and I was right. The hat is more like an "Alice in Wonderland" design. However, the cape and vest are perfect! The cape can be used as a musketeer, knight, magician, pirate.... etc. The cape's fabric is very nice and well-sized.

Very nice, well made shoes but very disappointed in the color. Description was black & GREEN but when the shoes arrived I would call them black & yellow.

My grandson received the Deluxe Magician Dress Up Costume for his 7th birthday, from me, Grandma. It fit him well, although the hat was a little large. I supplemented it with a back derby hat which was perfect. He performed a magic show for all the family after Thanksgiving dinner. The costume is of high quality and just right for a budding magician.

This is well made and fits my 9 year old daughter very well. She is a tiny- very tall and little one, but this did not fall off of her. I think it will fit most kids well, because it is of quality material. Buy the the magic kit with the video as a plus. Make SURE the kit has a video or you will have a frustrated child trying to figure out the right way to do a trick. Enjoy!

My 5 year old granddaughter was given a magician kit for her birthday and I recently bought this outfit for her. Although the cape is long on her, she looks fantastic in this outfit and can perform her magic tricks even better as she feels like a real magician. And she will wear this outfit for quite a while as she has plenty of room to grow, not the product fault, my fault for ordering the wrong size, but we all like that the cape is floor length, adds to the drama.

Cape is beautiful, good quality. However hat is very big and looks weird on the head and keeps sliding down. No time to shop for new costume now, i will need to make homemade magician hat now.

This was much nicer than I expected for the price. I think it will go in the dressing up box and be kept for years. Very good quality for the price.

Esta genial. La talla cogí la 8-10 y tiene 7 años. Pero le queda bien. Esta muy contento con su disfraz

e con questo vestito mi sono assicurata anche quest'anno halloween party. Mia figlia lo adora. Il cappello e il mantello sono ben fatti (similvelluto) mai feltrini per allacciarlo non sono molto resistenti, direi che potrebbe applicare un bottone. Il gilet e' di scarsa qualita' ma poiche' sta sotto direice non fa niente. Io ho comprato qualche giochino aggiuntivo tantoper completare il costume.

Le petit magicien , qui est mon petit fils de 7ans a adoré, très bon costume, belle matière, on part dans la vraie magie!!!
