Ease of Use/Clarity
The clock is working great right now. Easy to set up and great that it holds the time during a power loss. Very clear and bright with the adjustable brightness settings so it can be seen from anywhere within the factory.

Poor quality
Poorly made. The 1st one (red) I bought the remote stopped working. I bought another so that it could be easily mounted (same holes in the wall). The 2nd one (white) , inconsistently lit up. I purchased a third (red, again). This one had inconsistent lighting on the display as well. I really wanted this to work (obviously, I tried 3 times). Learn from me, spend your money somewhere else.

Not a Standard use case (Electronics Project)
I bought this clock because I am heavily into electronics and I wanted a fun project to sink my skills into.My issue with clocks like these, is that they cannot sync Timezone or DST.My entire goal was to remove the controller (the brain of the clock) and replace it with something better.I have put a Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W into this clock.I have wired up the Digits (4 wires) the IR sensor (1 wire) and put in a better speaker. (1 wire)This clock keeps Time as perfectly as my phone does, supports all the original functions the original clock did. Stopwatch, Timer, Date, Room Temp, and Alarm clock.I replaced the Thermal sensor with a much better and accurate one that reads in both C and F down to the 3rd decimal.I setup a web panel to add Audio clips for any alarm events I need, like new years for example. The speaker I added has a small OPAMP IC attached to a USB Audio device connected to the pi.My clock program can play audio clips whenever the a set alarm time calls for it.This project was a lot of fun, and as an electronics nerd, I encourage others to seek out other products to tinker with and learn from.

Not built to withstand shipping.
This should be a great product, but construction isn't good enough to withstand normal shipping. With NO box damage, 1st one delivered had the minutes/second LED display loose inside the case, so the bottom of the digits could not be read. Returned and reordered - 2nd one had the hour LED display loose, so the bottom of those digits could not be read. Again, no damage to box. There are white tabs inserted into the back that connect to something that holds the LED displays in position. For both, some of the tabs had become disconnected (4 in 1st, 2 in 2nd) during shipment and were loose inside the box. Something that sounded like ball bearings was loose inside the case. Even worse, I called customer service asking if I could try to open the case and fix it without voiding the warranty, to avoid having to return the defective unit. They said no, that would void the warranty. That answer made no sense, but I didn't want to be on the hook for a defective unit, so I returned it. Brightness levels are fantastic - would be easy to read in any lighting. Remote control operation is easy and great for count down or stopwatch functions. I wanted to use in my classroom (am a teacher), but am concerned that instructions say to unplug when not in use. I was going to hang the cord so students could not get to it, which would have made unplugging at the end of each day difficult. That instruction, not to leave plugged in all the time, also concerns me about the quality. Photos show the loose tabs and what the LED digits were like for 10:25 time on the 2nd defective unit I returned.

Mostly good, but a few flaws
Primary function of being a large digital wall clock with a stopwatch timer works fine. One major, one medium and one minor flaw.MAJOR: The temperature reading is off by 5-7 degrees (at certain times even more) and therefore pretty much useless. UPDATE: After a month, support responded to my request...saying that there is no calibration or reset capability on the temp sensor. Basically leaves the option of living with inaccurate readings since the return period has expired. Not too big a deal for me, but if you want accurate temps displayed look elsewhere.MEDIUM: The support/help contact does not respond. I contacted them about the temp flaw above to ask if there was any way to calibrate the sensor and never got a response. I kept the unit since temperature wasn't the primary reason I bought it, but realize if you have a significant problem you won't be able to get a response from the company. UPDATE: After a month, I finally got a response to the request for support on the major flaw listed above, but the answer was basically "no solution available".MINOR: The use of the remote to perform functions like resetting stopwatch to zero is not very intuitive. If you search through the manual you'll find the functions so I consider it only a minor flaw.
