The product is beautiful. The lights were gorgeous and the settings were perfect. The mouse was cute too even though I couldn't set the light to one color.Unboxing and getting started was a breeze. I did notice latency between keystroke and registry, but I had learned to deal with it. (I'm an 85+ WPM typer, I figure it'll catch up eventually and that's fine with me.) The keyboard didn't have the numeric pad on the right side which was my fault for not checking before buying but I adapt quickly.I used the set at my work office, which I work primarily on the computer. I charged the devices every week but have noticed it needed a more frequent charge.. red flag number one. There is no indicator that it needs to be charge, it just dies - both the keyboard and mouse.Just this week, the keyboard starting registering keystrokes for keys that weren't even hit. Thankfully I was only in e-mails and not coding and it only affected the formatting of my e-mail and nothing worse. Then today it had the "u" key stuck and the key wasn't even pressed.. there was no way to keep the computer from thinking the key was being pressed so I had to promptly restart my computer.Unfortunately, I'm outside of the 30-day window to get a refund so I'm stuck with an unreliable keyboard/mouse set. It's cute.. but doesn't matter if it doesn't work. Don't purchase it unless you plan on using it sparingly and short-term.

Simple straight forward keyboard and mouse. If you forget to turn the mouse and keyboard off when done, the battery will run out faster even with the sleep mode. Connectivity is fine, everything works as it should. I don’t have any comments in regards to gaming as I use this for my work laptop.

Updated: After posting my review the company worked with me to get a working keyboard and mouse. I have not had a chance to try them out. But once I do will keep everyone posted on the outcome of the mouse. Overall I am very satisfied with the promptness of the company to fix the issue!

Update: About 6 months after my initial review the Sellers reached out to me and offered me a replacement keyboard and mouse... FOR FREE. Simply to give this product a second chance. At first, I was apprehensive. I had had such a terrible experience the first time around... but I really initially liked this keyboard.. so I decided to give them another shot. I've been using this keyboard for two months now and I can honestly say; no problems. I've played games, typed documents, you name it. They've updated their style and the products placement of the charging ports, and even the switches. The mouse has a new design, too. I can now honestly say I love this product and will continue to use it for the foresee-able future as my main gaming keyboard and mouse. Thank you for giving me the chance to review this product a second time.Original: I got this for my computer two days ago as an early present from my boyfriend. At first it was cute, the breathing rgb colors are fun, but I noticed right off the back that the keyboard wasn't registering some of my keystrokes. I decided to ignore it and continue using it, testing it on a game that I know requires constant keystrokes (as I would be using this for a gaming setup.) It, again, didn't pick up my keystrokes. Last night, I needed to charge the mouse as its indicator went off (flashing red.) I've charged it every night... or so I thought. The charging port is seated in such a way that the charger doesn't really fit into the port. I even tried my Switch charger which is also a USB-C type but no luck. That unfortunately was the grave digger. It sucks because I really like this set, I love the sounds of the mechanical keyboard and the fun colors. Hell the RGB even goes to sleep when you aren't using it to save battery life, but there are too many errors to overlook. Please don't waste your money. Honestly I'll probably be buying a wired mouse and keyboard when I get my return.

I was so excited to use my keyboard and mouse, they're so pretty to look at!!! I was really disappointed when I went to use the mouse and the scroll didn't work. The seller was amazing, I let them know about the defective mouse and they responded immediately!!! WTH??? That never happens, but seriously they responded immediately and replaced it, no questions asked just an apology and a replacement. I appreciate the seller so much because I really thought this was going to be such a headache. There have been so many times where I just don't even bother complaining and just buy a different product because I don't want to deal with the hassle. They made it so easy and understood that it was their responsibility to fix this issue. A nice bonus was that I received the replacement super quickly. The mouse works great now and I'm just really happy I actually took the few seconds to contact the seller. Definitely worth the price.
