I love the pungency of the mustard. Wish there was less sugar.
Although the flavor of the mustard is just what I was looking for in terms of the grainy pungency, I just wish it had less sugar in it. Infact, Sugar is the 3rd ingredient on the list after water and mustard, which is extremely high levels. So, even though the flavor is great, I will look for alternatives.

Better than most mustards in the market. A bit expensive but it is whole grain so there is that. Great for sandwiches and wraps.

Good texture and flavour
Whole grain seeds are used. Can be more pungent, but its moderately there, so good flavour. Better than light American mustard if you are looking for a strong flavour. The spicyness vanishes if the bottle opens too many times.
