Great buy and perfect for the beginner DIY
I like to think I have a lot of tools yet I have never owned one of the oscillating tools at all. With the start of a kitchen remodel I knew I was going to need to purchase a few electric tools to make the job easier. After already purchasing a Kimo 20V Nail Gun I was impressed and wanted to add to the set. This way I could utilize same batteries and chargers. The packaging was great and well handled. The tool came with a great carrying/storage bag, a multitude of usefully heads and the same standard charger and battery pack as their other tools. After using it for some counter top removal, trim cutting, tile/grout removal and simple trimming I fell in love with it and questioned why I never bout an oscillating tool yet. I purchased some other head pieces at Lowes and this tool is designed to accept most (if not all) common style heads/blades and sanding ends. This tool has been extremely useful and the battery life amazing. I highly recommend purchasing this if you are a beginner DIY looking for quality tools at an affordable price. I will definitely be purchasing more tools from KIMO to add to my collection.

Good tool
This tool works great for what I wanted it for, scraping hardened messes off my floor. I have not used it for any of its designed uses but it comes with many attachments.. it’s very easy to charge the battery and I’m glad I bought it

A solid reliable tool for the home handyman at a really good price
Hadn't bought or used a multitool before but I liked the idea of them. Didn't want to pay a premium cost so picked the KIMO which seemed a reasonable product at a very good price. So the KIMO 20V cordless multitool arrived with battery, charger, a good range of accessories and a carry bag. I've now done a few small repair jobs around the house using the tool - scraped back, patched and repainted some interior wall patches, did a couple of sanding and resealing jobs on some old furniture and have practiced cutting wood and PVC. So now I reckon I'm fairly familiar with the tool s - and in my opinion:Would I buy a multitool again? Absolutely, it is really convenient and fast and surprising easy to use.Is the KIMO 20V cordless multitool worth buying? Its solid in the hand which makes it comfortable to use. Noise and vibration weren't a problem and it worked great for me. So Yes I think it was a good buy and recommend it for the home handyman like me.How about the battery? I haven't had it run down while using it yet so battery life seems fine for me. I must say it recharges quite quickly - less than an hour. I guess it would be nice to have a spare battery though. How does it operate? It took me a little while to stop forcing the cutting and scraping and just relax the pressure and let the tool go at its own pace - then it really operated well. I also find it convenient that I can set the angle of the various blades to make it more comfortable to operate.I really like this product and am now looking for more to do with it.

Quality tool and excellent value
I bought this tool to make precise overhead cuts of fascia boards that had some rot spots due to paint failure and lots of rain exposure. I had places where I could not get access with a much faster (and heavier) circular saw because it could not cut flush to surfaces as all circular saw base plates precludes that. I was also unsatisfied with the control/cut quality of a jigsaw and reciprocating saw; although good tools, these are very hard to make orthogonal plunge cuts, their blades deviate from 90 degrees too easily. When I tried the Kimo oscillating saw, I initially found the smaller cutting blade too slow for longer cuts of 2x material (more than about 6") but when I changed over to the wider cutting blade it went much and acceptably faster. The tool's precision is excellent, and it's easy to do very true 90-degree plunge cuts, particularly when you clamp a straight edge guide board on the fascia. It also can cut the required 1.5" of 2x material, which is why I tried the saw in the first place. This is a quality tool for me for overhead work, particularly where other saws cannot perform well or even do flush cuts. Being fairly lightweight and controllable with one hand is also a plus when you're high up on a ladder. Note If you don't have good arm strength you may struggle with long overhead cuts for 2x materials, as they will take several minutes of back-and-forth gradual cutting to finally cut through the wood. For reference, it takes me about 10 minutes to do a foot-long cut in 2x softwood (Doug Fir), but the cut is basically perfect and from very difficult to undoable with the other power tools that I'm aware of. I could not do this as precise with a quality hand saw (skilled woodworkers no doubt could) although it might be faster that way. If the original cuts aren't true, things get wonky and difficult and don't look good, so the cuts being very clean was important to me so that the circular saw ground-cut replacement pieces fit snugly due to the quality of the cutouts done by the Kimo oscillating saw.

5 Star eBay Seller
5 Star eBay Seller - the oscillating tool I just purchased is my second Kimo power tool, and the first one was a 1/2 impact driver!!! Both my Kimo power tools are now my favorites, and all my other power tools are Milwaukee . . . the 20v Kimo power tools have very similar quality, durability & comparable power AND ALL AT A MUCH BETTER PRICE TOO!!!

I like its power for a small battery tool. It comes with lots of cutting tools. It works well, especially in tight spaces.
