Love these, but sizing is inconsistent
A few years ago I bought two black cardigans just like this in a little mom and pop strip mall fashion store, and I could never make it back down to that city to pick up some more colors, and I've wanted some more of these cardigans as they're my staple go-to cardigans. From the pictures, descriptions, and reviews I took the chance that these would be the same, and they are (although these feel just sliiiightly thinner). These cardigans are so soft and warm without being too warm, making them perfect for cooler summer evenings and fantastic for layering in the colder months because they aren't bulky and fit fantastically even under more tailored coats. They are stretchy and have the perfect weight to them. I absolutely love them! They also wash incredibly well, take forever to pill or fade (literally years of wearing, but they do eventually pill. Especially at the seams and underarm on the sleeves).I bought the charcoal, the burgundy, and the mustard in a size Large. I'm 140 lbs, wear a 34C, and I typically wear a Medium in women's and Large in juniors. The only thing about these cardigans is that the sizing is inconsistent (which is also true for the black cardigans I originally purchased, as one fits smaller than the other and I bought them at the same time). The charcoal cardigan that I bought here, fits tighter and smaller, and fits more like a Medium, whereas the mustard and burgundy are a bit more on the drapey, loose side and are longer than the charcoal cardigan. The sleeves are also larger circumference wise on the mustard and burgundy (this does not affect the fit of the cuff, as the cuff still fits snugly around my wrists). Despite the fact that some are larger fitting than others, they are still comfortable, flattering, and do not LOOK like they're too big for me. I almost like the larger fit better because of the length. The burgundy and mustard fall well below my hips, covering most of my bottom. The smaller fitting charcoal falls to just below my hips, providing no coverage for my bottom.Despite not really knowing which fit I'll get in any color, these cardigans are definitely worth ordering, IMO. In fact, I just ordered a new black one because my two others have finally gotten to the pilling point where they're looking rather beat up. I've had the charcoal, mustard, and burgundy for a few months and they have all been washed and dried a great many times, and they still look brand new, have not faded, pulled, or become misshapen in any way. I highly recommend trying these cardigans out, just keep in mind that sizing is inconsistent and that if you decide to order a few, they may not all fit the same.

Runs smaller
I love the sweater but it dies run smaller and the arms fit a little tight instead of loose.

Nice material stitching sucked
I want to give this a 3.5 but cant. I honestly love the material and when it was so hard to find a decent black cardigan that didnt look too thin and used brand new from another store or just plain ugly, this simple black cardigan was like an answer to my prayer. The style is what i needed for my office job. The stitching however is kinda bad. The second day in my possession I cut the hanger strings and i figured i cut too closely to the fabric since it left a hole in the fabric. Thought of it as my fault initially so I just stitched it up then threw it on a hanger to be used after I washed it. I then realized after my first wear that the stitching to my left pocket is coming undone. Again I work at an office job sitting at a desk all day and the pockets are too smaller for me to want to stick my iphone6s in there so therewas no reason for it have any wear and tear on it. Ill admit that I really love the fabric. It feels thick but its not cotton so it doesn't trap heat in like a coat. The material has a nice color and doesnt look like its washed out or worn. Its the stitching that sucks. Its a good staple clothing to have in general and I very much needed it so I deal with it. I'm going to just see the pocket back together again and use it. Im sure after that, itll be perfect!!

... Knit Cardigan KHAKI” as my old khaki sweaters looked like they had been attacked by a whole punch
I purchased the “MBJ WSK926 Women Open Front Knit Cardigan KHAKI” as my old khaki sweaters looked like they had been attacked by a whole punch. I tried on the sweater as soon as I received and it was very happy that the sizing was completely accurate. The material was nice and soft which will make wearing it a delight. The sweater itself is not too heavy which works great for me since I will primarily use it in while I’m at work to keep me from freezing from the cold a/c. I ordered the khaki color which is a bit more of a camel color, but that is exactly what I was looking for so that works for me! The sweater hits at just about my hip area helping to elongate my torso. There are pockets at the bottom of the sweater which really won’t be used to store anything, but I think it’s a nice design addition to the sweater. I like to wear the sweater over top of a nice black tank top to really let the camel color pop.Pros:- Well-made and good quality- Soft- Good color- Fits wellCons:- NoneAll in all, I’d buy this again!

Looks professional for work sweater
This is a great sweater, love the color for at work. It looks professional and not like a house sweater. It is form fitting in the arms so if you are wearing something kinda big or like an actual sweater, it's difficult to wear this over it. Too tight.

Poorer quality than I was hoping for
I just got the Made By Johnny Open Front Knit Cardigan in Khaki, size medium, delivered to my house today, and I'm already disappointed in the quality. It came out of the package with several snags and an inch-long run in the knit already. The stitching is also poor quality. Now I have to decide whether to return it, or try to fix it enough with a little stitch witchery that I can wear it for a little while before it falls apart. Those are the cons. The pros are: the design and color match the photo, the fabric has a nice weight and feel, and it seems to be fairly true to fit. If you're buying this expecting to wear it a few times and toss it, go ahead, but if you're looking for something that will last you a year or two, like I usually am when I buy clothes, don't bother. Another note: on their website and in some of their product descriptions here on Amazon, Made by Johnny really hypes their "made in the USA knitwear," but if you're expecting a made in the USA product, that's not what you're going to get with this cardigan. The tag in back says "Designed in the USA" but check the fine print on the wash tag and you'll see that it says "Made in China."
