Great portable solution for avoiding paper or plastic straws.We took these on our recent trip to Disneyland. They worked well and were easy to use. After drinking a soda we would simply take a quick sip from a water bottle to clean the straw then each night use the provided brush to keep clean and let it dry for the next day. They held up great and were used multiple times each day.If you have used paper straws before you understand why something like this is so valuable.Loved the carry case with a carabiner and the different colors gave each member of the family a personal straw they could easily carry on their pack. No metallic taste from the stainless steel construction. Price was great. We would definitely recommend these to friends who want to avoid paper and plastic straws and have something compact to carry.

I fell into they hype for my first cruise that you would need these because of the candy straws. Which is true, the candy straws are useless and won't work, but I had a soda package and ended up drinking out of the can. However, I do use these straws for a couple of occasions during everyday life. They're lightweight, Easy to carry, and easy to use. Cleaning was not the best for some beverages like smoothies and shakes, but still a good product. The monetary value is good if you use it for the purpose you intended to buy it. Like for my cruise not a good money value because I didn't use them. For hiking and at work, well worth the money.

They fold for storage, but also fold while you are drinking, especially thicker drinks. Got these for friends and I for a cruise to avoid their icky tasting straws in our mudslides and bushwackers. Didn’t work all that well as collapsed when drinking. Cute tho.

They will be great for the cruise. Last cruise used either desolvable or paper straws. They are convenient to carry anywhere.
