Helps your joints sooo much. I started working out again after having my daughter and noticed my joints were really struggling to keep up. Normally I use just regular fish oil tablets but I’m breastfeeding and wanted something specifically made around birth/postpartum.It takes about 6mo-1yr to get your relaxin back in your joints after birth(a major reason women get injured a lot easier after birth) so I use these to help while I do my workouts. No bad flavor/after taste.
