Product works great!

This touchscreen monitor was immediately picked up by my Windows 11 Desktop and works perfectly. I bought this to replace an old Dell touchscreen and I will say that this monitor is much easier to use and configure.

Tested raspberry pi 4 8gb with android 13. Does not work without serious pre configurations. Have pi hooked to two other monitors, boots fine. Any time this boots with it, or is even connected after boot, screens go black. Disconnecting it and leaving other monitor connected restores display to other monitor. Need to downgrade resolution before connecting.Bad build quality. Screen does not feel smooth. Feels strange. Looks like a screen protector is pre-installed. Terrible install job with bubbles around the black edges.

This monitor is the perfect size for a POS system. The articulating stand works great, and can position the screen for easy viewing & access, without obstructing the view of customers. It is plenty bright enough, with good contrast & resolution.

This was a perfect addition to our summer cafe outlet. It was exactly what I was looking for. I would highly recommend this monitor for your basic POS needs.

Lleva un mes y funciona muy bien

It was a beautiful monitor. However it was not a plug and play touch screen. We tried finding drivers but could not get it to work as a touch screen. It did work with a mouse. Sad it didn't work for my POS system.

Could not fine any software or built in alignment system. Touch screen has never worked properly
