Lovely colour and easy to carry.

This product was sent to me for evaluation and commentary. With tiled floors in every room and area rugs here and there, doing floor exercises without a gym mat is out of the question. Of the yoga/exercise mats I have tried, this is one of the best, combining function with good looks and cheerful colours. We chose the Blue/Black combo but there are two others.The mat is composed of two foam lawyers bonded together, the total thickness being 10 mm which, as yoga mats go, is quite plush and feels quite insulating. I find it comfortable and perfectly adequate for my needs (a little yoga and stretching exercises). The backing does not slip around and the dense foam cushions my bones, especially when I'm kneeling or doing a shoulder-stand.The difference between an average 4-6 mm thick mat and this one (a genuine 10 mm) is quite noticeable. The mat is a good size (180 x 60 cm), long enough for me to fully stretch out, but remains light enough to carry around with ease. A simple elastic harness is provided, which can be slung over a shoulder or carried by hand. Because of the tackiness, rolling and unrolling it is easy and the elastic strap secures it, if you are short on space. The price is competitive, making it good value for the quality.

The mat is absolutely fine. Not the most expensive piece but does the job, absolutely great value for the money. I can recommend it. Arrived in time, great service.

I'm 6'5" so need a long mat and this fits the bill. Quality and comfort is good and the elastic strap/handle is useful. Mine arrived with some marks on it, probably from prolonged storage, which took some scrubbing off, but apart from that, I'm happy.

Really great product, keeps in place on the floor and has a sponge touch to it, so great support and comfort for yoga or hitt workouts.

Great mat - much better than the thin yoga-type mats. I use mine for pilates and it is ideal - my instructor only uses these for the class as she has also tried various other types and found this to be the best.

Really good. Good padding, nice carry strap but mostly importantly non slip.

Needed a new yoga mat but wanted one that was biodegradable and this was one! No nasty rubber smell and seems durable. Nice colours too.
