Decent but may be better models.
Nice padding, the reason I gave it three stars is because it falls off of the headrest too easily and if there is a coat on it it blocks line of sight when changing lanes if you have it installed behind the driver’s seat.

Slightly disappointed.
The hanger part is rubber, which seems to be easier on the items hung off it. The hooks that attach to the headrest are finicky, and and very secure. Also, if the bars attaching the headrest are not thin, the hooks may not fit around them.Not terrible, not great. given the option, I'd try something else instead.

Double check headrest pipe.
Must double check size of head rest piping. Mine was too large and didn't have much give. Company responded right away and issued refund.
