Misleading Product Specification
Beware - the product specification is misleading!! This product is shipped from the USA and does not come with a UK plug. For nearly £200 I would expect to find a UK plug or UK adaptor in the box. Instead, I’ve had to request one from the seller and, although they have obliged to send me one (as a gesture of goodwill), stated that “you had to buy it yourself”. The fact that it doesn’t come with a UK plug/adaptor and that you have to buy it yourself is not stated in the product specification. Additionally, it states in the product specification that “Included memory card size: 32.0 GB”. This is also misleading as no memory card is provided - it seemingly refers to an internal memory card although no further details or clarification is provided. I’m very disappointed that the adaptor and memory card were not provided, but very irritated by the customer service response, which has come across as arrogant and patronising - it being the seller’s belief that the customer is wrong for misinterpreting the product specification despite the absence of helpful detail and clarification on their part.

Order country power plug compatible !
Looks a excellent product, however it was shipped from Lexington,Kentucky with a North American plug.F A Shipping said they send me a compatible plug which I await.🙏🤞Looking forward to using this product

Quite expensive, but worth it to save family memories
I chose this device as it can convert all common slide formats, particularly 127 (many don't) which I've inherited a lot of.Quite expensive and not available in the UK, so I had to order it from US Amazon, it took a while to arrive but there was no UK import duty. As it came from the US it had a US USB power plug, so I simply used either a UK phone charger or laptop USB port depending on where I was.I used a 32Gb SD card to save the images, then plugged the unit into PC via USB to transfer the images.The device produces a reasonable conversion, you can adjust exposure/RGB/sharpness.I've also used it to convert a handful of negatives, again this produces reasonable results.
