The Best
I have been using this for over 5 years. Love it! Taste just like sugar even better. Note- be careful buying any Stevia in a store regardless what it says on the package. They add other ingredients not good for you. Example - I purchased a box of stevia packets in a store. The front of the box in big letters said, "Pure Stevia". Cost $12 dollars. I take it home but then got to reading the ingredients. It had maltodextrin in it & some other stuff. Maltodextrin will shoot your glucose sky high (bad). I threw it in the trash. Very important to read the ingredients. This stevia is pure with no other ingredients! I am diabetic & use it in my coffee. Just a few drops. Very convenient. This bottle last me a number of weeks, or over a month. Can be used to make some homemade ice cream or eggnog with no sugar, or anything else. Priceless! Highly recommend.

Better Stevia really is better! They should call it BEST Stevia.
Better Stevia is the best stevia I've ever used... and I've used a lot! There are many different types of stevia. The problem is that some of them taste bad. Therefore, getting the right kind of stevia is absolutely essential. This one has absolutely no aftertaste! My mom couldn't believe it when she tasted it. She converted immediately. I really like the Better Stevia the Original (orange label) and Glycerite (blue label) formulas. Unfortunately, I'm allergic to the alcohol in the original formula and my husband is allergic to the glycerite base. So, my husband using this product and I use the glycerite product. The glycerite base is a bit thicker than the original formula. I like to put Better Stevia in a tiny 1 oz dropper bottle to carry in my purse, mostly fill a 4 oz bottle to keep on my desk at work, and the rest in a 4 oz dropper bottle that I keep on my dining table. My favorite ways to use Better Stevia are: - Coffee - Tea - Emergen-C (a vitamin drink I have daily) - Plain Greek Yogurt - Flavored Sparkling Water with no sweetener (Tastes like soda without the guilt!) ZERO CALORIES and no aspartame! Here are some of the reasons I love stevia as a sweetener: - Weight management: Stevia rebaudiana contains little to no sugars, calories or carbohydrates. - Cravings: The sweet taste lasts longer than sugar’s. - Diabetes and Hypoglycemia: stevia does not create an insulin response and actually nourishes the pancreas which helps regulate blood sugar - Cariovascular: stevia lowers blood pressure - Fights Cavities: Stevia is antibacterial and it’s sugar-like compounds do not feed oral bacteria. - Blood Sugar: Stevioside can improve function of the hormone insulin, helping to lower blood sugar levels. - Cholesterol: The active compounds in stevia have led to numerous health benefits in animal studies, including reduced oxidized LDL cholesterol. - No Adverse Effects: Overall, stevia has an outstanding safety profile and no adverse effects have been reported in the human studies. If you think my review is interesting or helpful, please rate it as "helpful." I always enjoy writing reviews on products that I love. I make most of my daily purchases on Amazon and base my purchases on reviews from others. I know that honest and helpful reviews can make all the difference in a purchasing decision.

Doesn’t have bitter taste as some sweeteners do.
Great for baking, coffee or tea.

great taste and price
I personally find this the most cost effective and tastiest stevia that ive found. I previously ordered stevia in person for about $7 for 2 ounces where I now purchase 8 Oz for $16! Love it

GREAT BARGAIN if U can take the alcohol. Tastes about the SAME as SweetLeaf.
OK, I am a stevia user and have used many brands, powders, liquids, etc. ALCOHOL: Obviously, if you are on ANABUSE or are an alcoholic, you probably do not want the 10% alcohol. Also, it seems dishonest to say "zero calories" I am pretty sure alcohol has many calories. And that it is turned straight into SUGAR by the body. Negligible when using 4 drops, but if you pour it in like one reviewer, you might not want this in your diet. (did you know anything less than a gram need not be listed, so anything in a one gram pack, like splenda, and shocker, TRUVIA, have some type sugar based sweetener, which you only find out about by buying a big bag!) FLAVOR: I find all pure stevia is pretty similar in flavor, the difference is strength. Adding the alcohol, it could have made it a bit different in flavor, but I only noticed the lack of strength. Now, if you put TOO MUCH in, stevia is BITTER! If you get the right amount, and take time to adjust, or add a small bit of sugar for flavor, I find it a wonderful tool for a sugar addict like myself. It is amazing what a tiny bit of sugar does to fool your mouth and mellow out the artificial flavor. OR honey, etc. I personally enjoy NO STICKY SUGAR aftermouth. I add xylitol, which kills bacteria, for a super clean mouth feeling. STRENGTH: THis stuff is a great deal. It is about (maybe a smidge weaker)the same strength of sweetleaf, which is 10 bucks for 2 oz at Whole Foods. The strongest brand I have tried is Clear Stevia by NuNaturals, which costs 15 for 2 oz at whole foods, but is cheaper due to being double the strength. USE, MEASURING: don't pour the stuff in. it is too expensive, and it will taste BAAAD. Pour some of the bottle into your old stevia bottle with a dropper, and use a dropper. I find about 5-10 drops per cup is good, depending what you are sweetening. (5 for water---yes, I am really addicted) Start small and work your way up to find your preference. If you are totally unable to deal with droppers and little bottles, use a powder. SweetLear has one with fiber in it(don't let it get wet and harden on your counter) , and others, or there is the cheap and maltodextrous Truvia. A good deal, and I like it, but I WISH THEY WOULD TAKE OUT THE ALCOHOL. Seems pointless to me.

Educate yourself folks! I'm shocked with what the research I did revealed. The cane alcohol used in Now brand stevia is Erythritol. A additive sweetener that is 11% in this product. It can cause multiple reactions in the body like gastro intestinal issues, which I have. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I intend to completely discontinue using this and switch to a pure leaf extract powder. More issues with this products are documented on other reviews. I usually buy a Now brand organic stevia with alcohol. This time since the price for that skyrocketed to over $40, I decided to purchase this non organic one. I must have added 20 drops to my hot chocolate and it still wasn't as sweet as 4 or so drops of the one I normally order. It is DEFINITELY watered down. Check the ingredients..... 11% cane alcohol, rest is water, and stevia. I'm also concerned that there may be a concentration of heavy metals. Its a no brainer for me, I'm done with using this!
