Had this tub for 4 yrs and it is used about 3 times a week. I bathe dogs and kids on it and it has held up great. I like the shape it's very comfortable to sit and soak in

I'm giving the Maui 5 stars because I do really love it. However if I had to buy it again I'd probably choose a different tub style. The issue is the drain in the center. It's too easy to accidentally depress it while soaking and tub begins to drain. I'm 5'4" so not really a problem for me but my 6' husband's butt pretty much can't avoid it. Tub arrived in great shape and was installed by our contractor. He made a great suggestion to face it so the overflow and Ferdy label aren't visible walking in.

Good looking tub but when we finally opened the box the top seam of the tub was separated from the bottom. Since it was the last thing to be installed during a complete remodel, the return window had closed. Hoping the manufacturer will step up and back its product.Update: After contacting the manufacturer, I received an immediate call back. After explaining the situation and sending a couple photos, the manufacturer decided to send me a new tub. I can't say enough about the customer service from the company. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from this company again knowing they stand behind their products. Updated rating to 5 stars. They earned it!

I installed the tub three weeks after I received it. I needed to make sure it fit before I tiled the floor under the tub. Once the tile was done and the tub was connected, I could test the tub. There are three small pinhole leaks in the tub that were discovered once the water was hooked up. What kind of quality control needs to be done on a bathtub? The only thing I can think of that really needs to be checked is that IT DOESN"T LEAK! The return window from this manufacturer is only three weeks. Anyone want a tub that leaks at a discount?

I think it was easy to install, my contractor did it for us. I was uneasy buying a tub off of amazon, but this product came packaged well, was delivered on time, and is of good quality. I highly recommend this product or at least the FerdY brand. Only downfall is the FerdY label on top of the overflow drain. I would love for it to be just plain. But super small price to pay. We are able to squeeze in 2 adults, so it’s of a good size. Very cozy and looks super modern. ❤️

This is the BEST bathtub! I did extensive research to find the perfect tub. This one is amazing! It is deep and decently wide. My husband and I can both take a bath together and lay down. He is 5.7 I'm 5ft. It has a nice incline so your neck isn't uncomfortable, the water stays warm for an hour! I'm so happy I found this tub for my bathroom remodel!

Although the tub came with a Quality Inspection Card as delivered, the quality was not what was promised. Each corner had a build-up of finish that was clearly visible (pictured). Further, the acrylic coating on the outside was cracked in one area (hard to see in the picture unless you zoom in). Although there is not a good picture to show the effect, the uppermost portion of the tub was a much more dull finish than the rest. There was a very apparent transition from a glossy finish to a matte as you reached the top rim of the tub. Ultimately, this tub was not what I was hoping for even at this lower price range.

If you purchase, do the scheduled shipping. I was able to schedule hand delivery the next day... where the standard shipping was 7-10 days.Tub is good quality. Sturdy. What else can I say?
