These are thinner and smaller in section size than a J cloth. To make sense of them as a wiping cloth you need three or four sections so they are not that economical. I think they are overpriced for what they are.

These wipes are actually quite good quality and long lasting, I was a bit hesitant as they seem a bit expensive, but I needed something ASAP, no regrets, I recommend

I sous vide a lot of meat before finishing it off in a hot pan. These towels dry the meat quickly, don't leave flecks like paper towels can do, and stop the meat sticking to the pan. Excellent.
