I have had this bag for 7 months. I use it daily going between the office, home office, and field work. I typically carry multiple case files and I have never had an issue with space. This bag is well made and shows little signs of wear. The handle is still sturdy and all zippers, seams, and straps function as they should with no issues or wear. The wheels are strong and sturdy and roll well. The laptop I use is well protected and secured in the padded compartment. I have plenty of room for all files, laptop, extra tera drive and notary stamps that I use, as well as a travel log book. The best recommendation that I can give it is that I would definitely purchase this product again!

I have been carrying a backpack for years for my laptop and business items. I bought this bag to give my shoulders a break. The rolling feature as well as the luggage strap were the main features I needed. Unfortunately it is too wide to roll done the plane aisle. Even when I am on a larger jet if it fits under the seat at all it sticks out in the way of my feet. So it winds up in the overhead and when I need something I have to get up and drag it out. Airlines charge for checked bags so everyone wants to drag their luggage on board. Sometimes the overheads are so full I can't find a space for it near my seat. I solved one problem and created another.

Excellent replacement bag. I use it for work and travel work plenty of space left. The wheels area quiet and the zippers open and closes shortly with no issues.

We traveled with this bag across the world. We loved it. Its very functional. You can put lots of stuff in it. You can also put it under the seat in the airplane (economy class seat) and it will be okay. Its a little too big for a personal item. So some airlines will say it is a carry on. But overall we loved it.

I bought this item and it broke on me three times. When I asked for a refund Krosher never responded. Do not buy this item. It is a pile of garbage from China
