I have a viagdo premium dog stroller. the bed/seat measures length 66cm, width 35cm & drop 52cm. will this cover fit it please?

I can't say 100 % but ive looked at most dog strollers prior to buying ours and it's one of the biggest around as I put two French bulldogs in no problem and I've looked at your measurement and im confident it will fit,your stroller is as big as ours so I would say yes go for it, the cover does the job perfectly.
