Q: Does faucet come with deck plate to cover 4” holes

Hello and thank you for your interest in Moen products. The Moen 8884 Commercial M-Press Single-Mount Lavatory Faucet .5 gpm, Chrome comes ready to install in a single hole installation. There is an optional deck plate, that must be purchased separately, if your installation has 3 holes. The optional deck plate is part number 99550. Q: does it connect to hot and cold water

Single line from faucet goes to a mixer valve that has hot and cold lines attached. You dial in the blended temperature that you want at the faucet..

Q: I currently have a Moen Banbury centerset 2handle in my bathroom. Will this install easily in its place without changing too much under the sink?

This takes a single hole in the counter top. The Banbury has two holes on a 4” center if I remember correctly. This does not have a plate to cover those two holes. This also just has either hot or cold water not both. This does not seem to be a good replacement for your old faucet.
