11-14 F150 Roush Cold Air Intake 6.2L 421239

Gave a little over 1mpg mileage, but the performance in my Raptor is top notch! Installation took about 20 minutes, but was very simple.

I installed this intake on my 2013 Ford F150 Raptor. The quality is top notch, and nicely packaged. It took about 1 hour to install, and came with a good installation manual (which included pictures). The intake has a very aggressive sound under full throttle, but sounds almost stock under normal acceleration. It really opens up around 3,000 rpms under moderate to full throttle. I was truly impressed with the sound, and the completed install really makes the engine bay look clean. There is really no telling what the performance gains are, as I have never dyno'ed the truck and really don't plan on it - I won't comment on the "butt" dyno, but the truck defiantly didn't slow down. Roush is a great company, and this is just another great quality product they produce.

Added this to my 2011 raptor, extremely satisfied. I immediately noticed an improvement in throttle response along with better gas mileage. Adds a good increase in air flow through the exhaust as well, makes it a bit deeper and louder, very cool whooshing sound when under acceleration in the cab as well. No problems yet, and a great upgrade. Simple installation also, did it at home with a buddy.

The installation on a 2014 Ford Raptor took about took less than an hour and not only it looks good but it also seems to help with the fuel consumption. I used CTS2 tuner to set the different driving patterns and so far I'm very impressed with the results. With the filter installed and the using the tuner I am experiencing more HP (can be up to 25 hp more) and better gas mileage (averaging about 1mpg better than previous). The instructions were clear and easy to follow but the pictures on the copied set of instructions could've been better.

As far as HP gains, I don’t feel any change. But I purchased this CAI to help with MPG’s. I drive mainly highway about 75 / 25% highway. I went from 14.6 avg to 16.5 at the pump. And the sounds so much better.

Install was very good by youtube & Its very good, but I think you need to tune the F150 for better performance

So easy to install, really wakes up the sound of the engine under load and doesn’t require a tune. Looks great too!
