Three words about this chair: “This is perfect!”
“This is perfect!”This chair has to be the easiest assembly I’ve ever experienced. There is absolutely no way a reasonable person could possibly have the slightest trouble assembling this chair.Oh, before I go on, I wanted to address the shipping packaging. This chair came packaged in an approximately, 18” x 18” x 8” box. Nothing unusual… However, they must have given thought to, well, let’s call them “dimwits” who have to dig their knives deeply in to the packaging tape to open the box. Both the top and bottom were extremely well protected by a layer of cardboard. I suppose someone could damage the product cutting the packaging tape, but they’d have to work at it. It was definitely well protected.Ok, onward to the assembly… If you watch the video included on the web site, no instructions are needed. It was a very clear video. Still, me being the meticulous (bordering on anal) person I am, I used them. I was right. The instructions are not needed. You simply cannot assembly this chair incorrectly if you just look at what you receive. I don’t think this chair could be designed any simpler.I bought this chair to replace a “card table chair” I was using in my tiny electronics lab and ham radio station. In a spare bedroom in our home, I use the clothes closet as an equipment room. I needed a chair without arms getting in the way. While eminently comfortable, I needed a smaller footprint. This chair fits the area perfectly and I still have an adequate, comfortable “landing and work spot.”I have no negatives at this point to report. I am simply thrilled with this chair. I wish I had found this years earlier.

Very satisfied with product and company!
I bought this chair for my daughter and I have to say that it was really easy to assemble, I wish I had timed myself, but it really took me less than 30 minutes. The instructions are very clear and easy to understand, there are not a lot of parts or components to it, and they even included extra screws in case you lose one. It also had a very nice note from the company, which we really appreciated. As far as the chair itself, my daughter put it to a test right away and she loved it. She would usually like to sit on my office chair and spin around, so that was of course the first thing she did on her chair. She spun around and tested the elevation features and she was very pleased. She even decided to ditch her stool for painting and use the chair for both her desk and her drawing station, because she says the chair is much more comfortable. I also gave the chair a try and the seat is very spacious, I am really happy with the product and its affordability.

Goid enough
The chair was easy to put together. It is not a heavy duty chair, nor is the seat the most comfortable, but I don't sit for hours at a time. I am heavy, and since it is armless I fit fine on it. It rolls and raises up and down just fine. I loved the price and feel for lighter duty it will work fine for my needs

Easy to assemble, provides good support.
I purchased my first chair about 3 yrs ago. Really enjoy using it. This new purchase is to replace a very old office chair. I The chairs are easy to assemble. Like the mesh material in the back of the chair to keep me cool when using the chair for long periods of time. There is good back support.

Significant fall risk and just plain uncomfortable!
TL;DR - this chair would be ok for light use less than an hour, but I can't recommend due to significant fall risk and chair quality issues. The good: the chair was easily assembled in less than ten minutes. Many reviewers mentioned trouble attaching the caster wheels that come with the chair, but I used third-party 'smooth glide' wheels which attached perfectly so I can't speak to that particular issue. The bad:The chair is permanently tilted forward at an awkward angle, making it uncomfortable to sit in. There is no angle adjustment, so you're stuck with the way it is.The foam padding is incredibly thin and flimsy, so much so that sitting on it for any length of time compresses the foam to the point you can feel the bottom of the chair. It was so uncomfortable that even after I added an additional foam cushion my bottom and hips were sore for the rest of the day.The chair is potentially a major fall hazard. Many reviewers rated this chair 1 star by indicating that the back and seat of the chair had snapped after short-term use resulting in injury. Had I read these reviews beforehand, I would not have purchased the chair. I only found out about these reviews after coming back here to see if anyone else had complained about the poor foam or seat angles. Due to the risk of the chair breaking, this is going straight to the garbage since I wouldn't feel good donating it and passing along a problem. In conclusion, there are better chairs out there in this price range, don't risk a broken bone over it.

Exactly what I expected, but not as comfortable as I'd hoped
I'm happy with the looks, quality, size, assembly, etc. All of that is exactly as I expected. I'm 200+ pounds and it's sturdy enough for me. I gave only 3 stars because it does make my butt really sore after sitting in it more than an hour or two. The foam cushion just does not provide enough support and protection from the hard plastic base. It looks like I may be able to open it and replace the foam - I may try that. I'm sure it would be just fine for kids or someone lighter.UPDATE 1: I did end up opening the seat cover and adding additional padding. It's much nicer now! I cut one of those foam floor puzzle mats the same shape as the chair seat and added it under the existing chair foam. I can now sit in the chair for hours. It was very difficult to get the seat cover back on, but I eventually managed.UPDATE 2: About a year later, after adding additional padding, it's still very uncomfortable if sitting all day long - I've been using a different chair for that. I think this would be great as a "task chair" to sit in occasionally or for short periods, but don't try to use this as your all-day-long work chair.
