The bowels DO become dependent on this. Mine are still adjusting when I stopped taking this.

i struggle with constipation but when i use this it 100% works near the end of the bottle though i have to take 3 instead of 2 but otherwise it works amazing.

This stuff works maybe the first 2 days and then nothing after that. Experienced cramping here and there..
