1440mg of pure natural curcumin enriched turmeric, with an added 60mg of Ginger and 20mg of Black Pepper - basically very little when you consider the size of the capsule compared to the size of a teaspoon

Are these Sugar free?

Yes sugar is not listed in ingredients list. I have been taking these for many years.

Ive not noticed any difference really.

Smell horrid n guess if the capsule broke it would taste horrible too, minimal pain relief for my shoulders but i am taking devils claw too so between the 2 i have had some relief but that said im back on tramadol now too so in the long run not really helped me as i wanted to drop the prescription meds.
