When I used to make my own antiviral teas, I would grate ginger, tumeric and add bits of cinnamon and brew at the stove. The taste was strong, powerful yet delicious, despite using just a bit of each ingredient. This tea tasted very diluted and weak, despite only filling up my cup half way.The tea bags appeared to be more than half empty which is incredibly deceiving as the product ad on amazon shows it to be relatively full. Perhaps if these high quality ingredients were finer cut in the bags the taste would be more apparent. As for the packaging, it was presented beautifully, however I do feel there was a lot of wasted packaging. For example, each bag is individually wrapped. I understand this can help preserve freshness, but these foil wrapped packaging for each teabag are far too big considering there’s barely anything inside.The price is also a bit mad. At the time of purchase these were 30 bags for £30, however at the time of reviewing, they are 30 bags for £10. This price seems more reasonable but still expensive.
