Update: I bought this originally because I needed tummy control after 2 pregnancies. I definitely recommend sizing up. The small was so tight it made me sick one night and I had to take it off. The medium fit perfectly. I was a size 6 in jeans typically. It does roll up too high like most things but I'm able to keep it just below my bra, or tuck my bra over it.As of 2022 I had a tummy tuck and I'm still wearing the one I bought in 2016 for after-surgery care. I was originally wearing a medical binder but after a month I got to switch to the Spanx. I've been wearing and washing it daily and it's held up great. It's been nice during the summer so although it is a second layer under a dress or shirt/jeans, it's easily the lightest version you're going to find. I'm a solid size 4 now and the medium is still the best. This has been a great purchase!

Worth the cost. Easy to put on and take off but durable. Ideal tummy control with easy wearability.

It's very comfortable they only thing I do not like it rolls down in back. It holds me in a little, not a lot of compression.

I love it!. I have stiletto nails so I ripped a few holes in mine while pulling them up so the material is not thick but breathable. They fit great and they get the job done. They’re a temporary fix until exercise removes that lil pooch. They could stand to be a lil cheaper priced though.

I bought this product because of the Spanx brand name expecting so much more quality than my other shape wear. First of all...I am 4'11 103 lbs with a waist measurement of 24 " so I ordered a S which indicates they should fit waist measurements 27.5-30. WRONG! They are sooooo tight that I could not breathe. They hurt & rolled down at the top. I bought these for post surgical compression after a tummy tuck & paid $10 MORE for them than I did my 5 other pair of a different brand. The other brand I were great, fit better, better quality & had a built in piece that kept them from rolling down. Sorry, but I don't think I can mention their brand name on here. I wore the Spanx so I can't return them, but I'm done with any Spanx products for this reason. :-(

Wow! I love these spanks sooo much! This was the first time ever purchasing Spanks and they did not disappoint. I have them on in this photo and they stayed up all night. The quality was wonderful, they look and fit like underwear but smooth your shape out. The spanks are supportive so everything stays in place. They are lightweight and don’t feel uncomfortable with them on. This was great value for the money and highly recommend!

Recently had a tummy tuck and are wearing Spanx all the time to even things out. They are great and hold up really well. Super comfortable. Will be buying more.

I got a medium at first because for my measurements, I fell right in the middle. Tried on the Medium, it was actually painful to put on, and would roll down and cause more pain. It looked nice but could never last for a day outside. Returned that size and got a Large, it shapes me less well in my opinion and it STILL rolls down. The only thing that fixes it is if I wear a bra with it. If I size up again, I fear the shapewear won’t be doing much shaping at all.The positives, the fabric is high quality, I had long nails and was wrestling with my pairs of Spanx for a very long time. No rips. And despite the troubles of keeping it on, it does look good.I am still so frustrated that it rolls down on its own and there is no way to get around it without wearing a bra. If i try to wear it halfway, it just splits my stomach into two halves. Absolutely awful. But I don’t have time to wait for another product to come in the mail so I’ll deal.
