Great flavor, all of the cookies were broken due to poor packaging. I cannot serve broken cookies to guests, and I am insulted that the company has not taken more care to secure the arrival of a quality product.I am sorry that I am having trouble uploading a photo, you need to see the condition of these cookies!

NOT BISCOTT'S BEST ITEM. LEAVING 2 STAR SO THEY CAN FIX THEIR CRUMBLY PRODUCTS.When I opened the package, the cookies were all crumbled in the image below and looked like someone had ate out of it and decided to put it in the bag....disappointing. HOWEVER, when I bravely opened the package and bit on it, it tasted delicious--actual authentic Earl Grey Tea. So packaging is not good and it looks like someone ate out of it but the rich earl grey tea is good and it's so much better than the matcha flavour (it didn't even taste like matcha) so BISCOTTEA you should stick to what you are good at doing best: earl grey and english breakfast teas!

The cookies were great - Amazon packaging was not so great.The cookies were fresh and yummy. I don't know who is making packaging decisions at the Amazon distribution, but packaging these in a soft paper shipping pouch/envelope is a sure way to damage products like these. Amazon, please train your staff better.
