The mechanism pumps perfectly for me. The product itself smells divinely of roses. I love that it is not thin and watery. Keeps me soft and nice.

The lotion is great; the texture is not greasy. It’s rich and smooth, absorbs well and provides excellent moisture. Plus the smell is light and wonderful.The only concern is the pump- it’s such a hinderance. It leaves ALOT of a thick expensive product at the bottom of the bottle-seems its too short & doesn’t extend all the way down to pick up the product. And you have more than 1/4 bottle chunk of product left and still a heavy bottle from lotion you can’t get to. Oh & never mind they’ve increased the price significantly since 3rd quarter of the year with no improvement to the pump.Besides that, the lotion you can get to is great - just please, kindly fix the pump.

I just love this lotion!!! It make my skin super soft and hydrates it really well for a good period of time. Its not watery, it has a good thickness but yet doesnt leave you greasy.

This is the best lotion for my very sensitive skin , i tried many other body lotions and even more expensive ones and none compared at least for me . I read in other reviews that the Pump would not work and sure enough mine did not work either . Well I came up with the solution i took the pump out of the lotion and noticed how narrow the tube was so the thick lotion could not dispense . I had a pump from another bottle of a different organic lotion and the tube was bigger and voila it worked , now i can easily dispense the Andalou 1000 roses lotion . I hope this helps !

I love the scent, a warm desert rose that makes me happy. I love the moisturizing, non-greasy moisture that is light and leaves my skin glowing (it's not as heavy-duty as Gold Bond, but I bought this for normal moisturization with a lovely rose scent and that's what I got.The only issue was the pump. I was eventually able to get it to work, but I had to keep adjusting it and pumping until it took. And judging by other reviews, the pump is not long for this world. This is a better value than the smaller squeeze bottle so I'll enjoy the pump while I have it and then find a way to get the rest out if and when the pump gives out.

The media could not be loaded. I am extremely disappointed with this purchase, as the company has chaged their ingredients. I have purchased this exact lotion, shampoo and conditioner for many years. When I received the bottle of lotion, I compared it to the old bottle.The new ingredients contain FRAGRANCES, where the old recipe contained ONLY Essential oils.I am past the return date because I used the reminder in my old bottle before opening the new bottle.To change the ingredients WITHOUT putting that on the label is scandalous! I will never buy from this company again. It is Upsetting that Amazon will not refund my purchase. I refuse to put chemicals on my body for health reasons- so this is trash now. I will never buy from this company again. If I could put zero stars I would. Please refund my purchase.

I have dry skin and I only need to use this once. It keeps my hands hydrated for hours. It feels super light like it gets absorbed into your skin. Does not feel like an extra layer or oily at all like other lotions I’ve tried in the past. It is also a big bottle so lasts a while

This has been my favorite lotion for years! I never tire of the delicate rose scent, and it's so moisturizing. But I recently learned about the microplastics and toxins in so many products through the EWG website and Dr. Shanna Swan, the world's leading expert on the harmful impact of chemicals in our food, cosmetics, water, household, and skincare products. I was very sad to learn EWG gives this lotion a moderate rating on toxicity, listing several harmful chemicals. So I no longer will use it.I recommend checking out the EWG website to learn more about what you're putting on your body, in your mouth, and using to clean your home.
