I got this for my dad. I had 4 names on the cup. The instructions were clear on how to write what i wanted on the cup. The words are not a super vivid white unless you have a darker liquid in it but you can clearly see the words. The design doesn't scratch off easy. My dad liked it so much he just never actually used it as a cup, but more a decor. I am very pleased.
