Great source of Vitamin B!

This supplement is amazing and gives you that burst of energy you are looking for. The ingredients are pure which I love as well. The only issue I have with it is that the flavor is a little rough! lol. The grapefruit and Citrus just aren't good at all. I will continue to buy this for the good of my body and for the benefits I get from it.

Only B12 that noticeably works. I am a pharmacist and I have GI issues and will only use products that start working in your mouth - usually lipophilic. Some taste terrible, but this actually tastes pretty good even though it has the usual staining bright yellow of all Vitamin B products. Drink some water or brush your teeth after.

I was diagnosed with MTHFR in 2014 and I have always tested positive for high homocysteine. This means I am an undermethylator. I have previously gotten this product from fullscript and was very happy with the results but wanted to avoid the costly shipping and lengthy delivery time so I ordered from Amazon. The first time I had the product (from Amazon), I noticed the taste was pretty different than what it was when I ordered it from Fullscript. I took it for a few days because I was hoping my taste buds were off from a cold, but eventually, I started to stomach pain. I've left a message for the seller and am waiting for a reply. Again, I love this actual product but I was sent a product that had gone bad from Amazon.
