I bought this with the intention of obviously only using on my face, but ended up finding another great way to make it useful: rolling on my hurt ankle! At first, this was great for just my face/head. It was cool, easy to roll and helped relieve headaches or soreness from allergies. Recently I hurt my ankle & have to ice it/elevate it regularly. Well, occasionally it’ll throb and become sore so I need to gently massage & I figured Why not try this out on my ankle and see if it helps? Well, it totally does! It’s a wonderful tool to help gently massage my ankle and apply coolness to it as well. Totally recommend this product as it has multiple uses & is a great value. I will also note that this particular face roller is large, so it works wonders for the uses I get out of it.

This ice roller is ergonomically designed and easy to use. The instructions with pictures you will find on the back side of the package. You put it in the freezer and can start your spa routine. I like the fact that this roller is ready for use in 15 minutes. The roller stays frozen until 20-30 minutes, which is totally enough for my routine. The size is pretty good. The roll is 3“wide and the diameter is 1,5“. In total the ice roller is nearly 8“ big. So not too big and not to small. I used the ice roller at first for the face and the neck, but after some time I found some more usage. I tried it during headaches, after mosquito bites, as a after sun treatment, for my swelling feet/ankles. It is really an amazing product which I highly recommend.

Great for tired eyes. This lives in my freezer 24/7. I forgot about it for about a year, then found out it is excellent for sore backs, post knee surgeries, and most recently extensive dental surgery. This stays cold for awhile and it's easy enough to roll away eye bags or aches and pains. I recently bought one for my daughter to use after knee surgery too.

I'd been curious about ice rollers and finally decided to dive in and get one. I'd expected a product about half the width of my face and when it arrived, It was gigantic! Not a big deal, it was just surprising. The instructions that came with it are easy to follow and it actually does feel really nice to use. Now that it's summer, I'm finding myself using it more to cool down than anything else. A face roller that can also cool me down? I'm cool with that.

I’m using this as I type the review. I often wake up with puffy eyes and face. I didn’t really have an expectation for this roller but as soon as I used it for the first time I was hooked. It’s very oddly soothing. I don’t know what is inside the roller but it freezes well and lasts a while before needing to be put back in the freezer. And it’s cold but not so cold that you can’t hold it in one place for several minutes. It doesn’t hurt or sting. I am already addicted to this thing. I can definitely see how it could help with a headache too.

I am using this on my face, neck and shoulders regularly. I found that the instructions noted to clean after use with rubbing alcohol. Made sense, but the first time I didn't. A bit of ice crystals developed that first time. After that, I used a splash of rubbing alcohol and no problems. I am using it on my face and neck to help with lymphatic draining and giving some relief to puffy eyes and slightly irritated sinuses. I feel better after a few minutes of use. I wanted it for my neck to help with headaches. It feels good and if used in conjunction with other tools/ remedies it seems to make my headache diminish.

This is my favorite ice roller and I would definitely recommend this to family and friends. Anytime I went to get a facial my master esthetician would use an ice roller and I wanted to be able to do the same thing at home. I love that this ice roller stays cold for a long time.

Mine arrived leaking a ton of yellow liquid so I returned it, kinda grossed me out. I ordered a jade roller instead & love that & I put it in the fridge & love that it is smaller for my face.

After trying multiple ice rollers, this is the best one I could find. It's my favourite part of my morning routine, I love using it right after cleansing to help de-puff my face and it stays cold for a very long time. I recommend taking out the "ice" part of the roller and putting that in the freezer then when ready for use take it out and reattach it to the handle as if you put the ice roller in the freezer as a whole, the handle will get cold making it difficult to hold but other than that an amazing and efficient product highly recommend!

This product is fantastic! Pop it in the freezer (I didn't remove the roller) and you have a cool tool for face and aches and pains. The handle is easy to grip and well made. Excellent value!! I have tender spots from fibromyalgia and this roller is amazing for soothing and rolling out tendons and ligaments. I ordered 4 more to share with family and friends.

This item is working as expected. It’s too soon to notice results quite yet, but it is easy and comfortable to use. I would certainly recommend this item. Delivery was speedy as well.

Roller is easily detached from the handle but I’ve chosen to leave it assembled in the freezer. It feels incredible on your skin and makes skin care products absorb more quickly.
