The overall built is underwhelming. The under- thing support for a tall person is not adequate. One of the armrest was crooked. The build quality is just average

The service from the seller is great.I had a bad experience when the chair arrived, the delivery person left it at the door and I was not happy about the same.Messaged the seller about the same and received a call the next day.He also assisted me with videos and on calls on how to assemble the chair as I was facing a little issue with the same.Overall great chair and awesome service by the seller

This is good chair in the price range. It is very easy to assemble. It hardly took 20 mins to assemble at home.Chair quality is good. It served the purpose of ergonomic chair for my extended work from home.It would have been good if the neck support had a locking mechanism .However, I am good with the comfort level provided by the chair.Because of my long working hours on laptop, I used to get neck/ back pain. This chair seems to be have helped me a lot. The arm rests can not be adjust, but I do not care.Delivery will take a hell lot of time. I received the chair almost 45 days since I ordered.

I could not adjust seat height position after one month of buying it. Its suitable only to the people of upto 5'8". I dont find it suitable for people above that height.The seat is not big such that ur thighs dont have support.Overall not great product for the money u pay.

Delivery of the product was over delayed and packaging was very poor, quality is not Good.

Overall worth it with a nice lumbar and neck support along with adjustable height. The chair can be reclined, however arm rest can't be adjusted by its height. Amazing product, overall.

Ordered on 23rd July - received on 17th Aug. Cannot complain during a pandemic however I did find the external packaging to be completely destroyed even after the telling them personally. The chair inside however was safe and unharmed, thank God for that. The chair is nice and comfy. The main chair body was already assembled. Only had to attach the legs and rollers to the body.Overall chair experience is good but certainly not the best.Overall online chair purchase experience was terrible.
