I've been taking Pueraria Mirifica for quite a few years now. It's a pretty unusual thing for a guy to take and can have some effects that I wasn't aiming for; I'll admit, when I was taking a couple capsules a day I was getting some of the same results some of the women here have gotten in the chest department, and that definitely wasn't something I was hoping for.I take Saw Palmetto to reduce my testosterone levels. I started suffering from male hair loss pretty young and I'd read that a lot of transgender women who have similar hair loss issues and start on estrogen and anti-androgens tend to see a slowing or even reversing of their hair loss. Most cases of male hair loss are the result of a sensitivity to DHT, a byproduct of the body's production and use of testosterone. I admit it was a pretty wild plan to try, but I decided to see if I could use low levels of hormones and anti-androgens to combat my own hair loss even a little. Since a reduction in testosterone can sometimes produce a loss of energy, I decided to supplement the lost testosterone with phytoestrogen in the form of pueraria mirifica.It took me some time to find a healthy balance for my hormone levels (making sure that I wasn't causing extreme bodily changes) but now I've been taking one capsule of Saw Palmetto and one of pueraria mirifica every day and everyone has commented on the positive changes they see. For a while I was actually regrowing some of my lost hair; the hair loss I was experiencing before has been significantly reduced. In addition, I've gained some... uh... "junk in my trunk", which has met with some pretty glowing reviews. It also seems to have helped with my complexion and mental health.So I'd definitely not recommend this for a guy who wants to keep his "rugged good looks" while combating hair loss. This will cause some physical changes that might not be welcome to everyone. But for me, a gay guy who is fine looking a bit more feminine and wants to stop losing so much hair, it's been a miracle cure. Hormones are magical things and my only regret is I didn't think to start taking this and saw palmetto sooner.

I purchased this for the potential cardiovascular health claim. I took a pill, with food as recommended, and about an hour later my blood pressure shot up from my typical 130/80 to about 180/85 to 190/90, heart rate about 80 (not normal for me). After about 6 hours, my blood pressure and heart rate went back to a normal range. I waited another couple of hours and then took a second pill. I did this to make sure it was the pill and not something else that may have caused the BP and HR to rise. An hour after taking the second pill my BP was 176/92 and HR was 80. I did some research and found that a more safe dose for my weight would be less than 200mg of Pueraria Mirifica. I plan to try a lower dose tomorrow and see what happens.Update: cut dose to 50 mg and BP was OK.. Took a second 50 mg at night, still BP OK. Did this for 2 days. Upped dose to 100 mg at a time and BP went up only 20/10. Much better situation. Found a PM website that recommended starting at a low dose and slowly raising it.

In just a week it's fuller and noticeable, she's really happy about it. However, she does take it religiously after every meal and she's only 19 so maybe it has a quicker effect on her being a very slender woman as well with an extremely high metabolism... I was convinced this was the one for her to try when a saw a trans man grew small cup breasts from it so I figured it would work very well on a woman who has concerns about her breast size. So far so good, she's hoping for a few cup sizes over time, we'll see... I'm just glad she's feeling optimistic and more confident about herself... That's what was truly important, to me it is worth trying for anyone who is interested in breast growth.

Take one a day for 3 weeks and then a week off. Along with topical Progeserone they help me sleep.My doctor wouldn't give me my compounded hormones any more and I was having terrible insomnia every night - had to resort to Kirkland sleep aids. I started tatking these along with the topical progesterone, DIM, and dhea (20 mgs) and I am sleeping very well now - not always through the night but when I wake up I fall back to sleep easily. I previously tried a different brand of Puereria Mirifica and was taking 500 mgs twice a day (the recommended dose) which brought on a period, something I don't want in my 70s. But these have had no side effects except perhaps a little more fat and firmness in my breasts.

These did nothing for me and I wouldn't recommend spending your money on them at all. I stopped taking them probably a few weeks in.

As a woman in her mid fifties, things in the ‘bedroom’ are less enjoyable than I prefer. I love and enjoy my husband but this part of our lives became uncomfortable. After I read about pueraria mirifica I decided to give it a try. It’s been a few years now and I am so happy to have regained the ‘smooth ease’ afforded to us in youth. It’s not 100% but I’ll take 80-85% any day!

Not gonna lie I was surprised that there was 2 bottles but unfortunately it doesn’t work ! No matter what it tells you . Sure you might feel some difference but there will be no difference. Waste of money , thank god there was no side affect.

The picture on the left is me now and the one on the right was before I been using this bottle over a month now I have finished one and these are the results amazinggg on my 2 bottle now highly recommend just be consistent I haven’t had any wierd symptoms out of the ordinary either
