CalgonAnti-Limescale 4 in 1 Powder 500 g

I use this at work in my grain size analysis lab. It works great as a clay dispersant, to help remove clay from soil samples that will be then sieved into the various sizes. It's a shame that this is so difficult to find in the US due to regulations regarding phosphates in washing powders.

Used calgon years ago to soften bath and laundry water. I still have hard water so I add a little to my wash along with less detergent

When it came in the mail it was messy. It was wrapped in package but still had some on the box. It was really messy. When I opened it it was everywhere. It actually works well but messy.

The size of this box is comically small. Absolutely insane to spend this much on a sample size box. I have small hands and it fits one one 🤣🤣🙄🙄Jokes on me I guess. What a ripoff

After Calgon discontinued its powder water softener, I had big problems with my laundry in the hard water. The first time I added this, I used 2 tablespoons for a full load, and had to rinse twice because there was so much soap left in the towels. The next time, I used 1 tablespoon and half as much soap, and the towels rinsed clean and were softer than they had been in years. When you realize how little you have to use, and how much it saves on laundry soap, it's not really expensive.

This product is COMPLETELY in another language, so don't expect to be able to read instructions etc. This was frustrating to me because it's a new to me product, but I was able to find some uses online in English to use. Also this box is much smaller than I anticipated, but that's my bad for not reading. I bought to use with Borax, and a washing soda, and its about 1/3 of the size of those boxes. Just something to be aware of.
