It has been months now. I am trying to get a refund and I would have agreed to do a partial refund. The machine has stopped working i 2 weeks. Sent it back and spent 115gbp to post it to China via royal mail. The delivery has been successful and the tracking information proves the delivery to China (the address provided by Amazon, in the return process section). The seller tries to manipulate the dialogue and even dares to state that they have bot received the item. All just to avoid the refund.I am speechless. They sell very poor quality machines and on top of that compliment the experience with a very rude customer service. Do not buy or you will massively be out of pocket.

Delivery was very quick and on time. The machine is working good. It is as described. Highly recommended 🙂

Absolutely disappointed this item just stopped work 3 months after buying, the hand bits have never worked properly! From the start the HydraFacial bit don't even have suction or release fluid correctly it's a nightmare no communication from the company what so ever still waiting for a reply
