I have gluten, dairy and soy intolerance (yes, they all go hand in hand as the produce the same protein gliadin in the gut). Digestion of any food was an uncomfortable process with a constant feeling of burning through my gut and stomach always feeling off. I love a coffee in the morning but it would cause serious discomfort and at least for the rest of the day. Since I take 2 of these every night however, within a week or two my stomach and gut feels calmed. Now after long-term use, I still eat healthily, fresh foods, low sugar etc, but can also enjoy a full life again coffee every morning, couple of glasses of wine, spicy foods, it's just amazing! They say your gut is your second brain, all health, even mood comes from there. This definitely feeds the right stuff. I ran out for a while and all the discomforts came back, I won't be without this now, a keeper for life! N.B You can take them anytime, they don't disrupt sleep and can be taken with or without food.

Suffer from acid reflux, GP prescribed Lansoprazole but low dose wasn't sufficient, higher dose I just wasn't comfortable taking. Did some research & found this instead, it works extremely well for me & been using it every day for about a year, no problems with the reflux. I take one after main meal in the evening, sometimes 1 after lunch but not often as lunch is a much lighter meal than the evening.

I normally take a probio complex which is comprised of six different types of bacteria. The main one being Lactobacillus Acidophilus which is particularly good at combatting the dreaded candida or yeast overgrowth. However, candida can build up a resistance to just about anything making it difficult to control particularly if you have been on antibiotics which kills off all the good stomach bugs. That’s why I have changed to Saccharomyces Boulardii which is related to baker’s yeast to help prevent the bad stomach bugs building up a resistance, after taking these for a while I will probably switch back again. In tests, S. Boulardii has been shown to secrete caproic, caprylic, and capric acid, these are fatty acids also found in coconut oil. Interestingly, by comparison with an S. Boulardii extract the most effective compound was capric acid in reducing candidal adhesion and biofilm formation although it was three times less effective.

My dog had a yeast overgrowth, I'm using Saccharomyces Boulardii alongside a 19 strain probiotic to counter the bad yeast. It's working: the white fur on her paws has returned white, her eyes are no longer watering and no more itching. We are on our second bottle: great product!

Have bought these previously - the pills seem to be of reasonable quality, although not as good as my previous German brand which I can no longer get hold of thanks to our glorious golden Brexit. However, upon ordering them last week, I received an OPEN, UNSEALED, and possibly tampered with (?) bottle. Perhaps the warning sticker on the lid - 'do not use if seal is broken' - is supposed to be ironic. I am frankly appalled to have been ripped off for £20 for this unsealed and unusable product, and now Amazon is forcing me to go through the rigmarole of the return process in order to correct their own egregious mistake. Buyer beware.

I use this supplement to improve my gut health. It's brilliant and I source it from Amazon on a regular basis.

I was disappointed to see the fillers in these are all sugars. I would not have ordered this if I had realised this sooner. Waste of money in my case.
